Dropped in for a breakfast burrito and am now planning a trip back to start exploring the menu. The green chili was great, and the menu looks like there is a ton more to try. I ordered a chorizo breakfast burrito as I was on the go, and I was not disappointed. I have driven past this unassuming restaurant more times than I can count and didn’t expect it to be as good as it was. I will be back!

This place is a diamond in the rough. Super low key right off of Colfax. We ordered 5 different kinds of tacos and they were all amazing. The hot salsa is good, not too hot. The mild has great flavor. But the real secret here is the green chile. That stuff is awesome. Super chunky and the pork is fork tender. Sorry most of it was gone before I took the pic… You’re lucky it wasn’t completely gone by the time I remembered!

I have been coming here for a few years now and I have never been disappointed! The food has always been so good and family members that I have picked up food for also really like the burritos. Always order the breakfast burritos and chili cheese fries. The people that work out front are always very pleasant and polite. From time to time someone from the kitchen will bring my order out to me (always to go) and have always been very kind.and pleasant. I LOVE THIS PLACE! Can’t believe I never left a review for this awesome place before now. Highly recommend!!

OK – I just stopped here to get a breakfast burrito to go. I did not want alot of carbs, so asked for egg, chorizo, cheese, and hot chile. Just ate it and it was fantastic. They will customize a burrito to you liking. Try it.

Great tacos! I got the 10 taco special and we ate them for lunch 2 days. I did like the carne asada, carnitas, and the adobada. The shrimp ones I did like the cut up peppers. I wish there was a little more cheese or sauce, but I did like them for authentic street tacos!

Taco Extravaganza is a classic great “hole in the wall” restaurant. The food is amazing and s the service outstanding. I had a burrito the first time and the soft shell tacos the second.

Excellent tacos and Chile rellenos. It is a small restaurant, but they have a couple of large tables for larger groups. They serve street tacos of several different meats, breakfast burritos, plates (a certain food served with pinto beans and rice), and other things including pastries with different fillings. They have fanta and coke in glass bottles from Mexico. Authentic and delicious. I ordered a smoothered chili relleno and two tacos pastores. (I don’t like tacos pastores in other places, but these were excellent.)

Absolutely delicious tacos. The al pastor tacos are a must. Generous meat portions per taco. It’s about $9 for 4 tacos, which is enough for a good lunch. Restaurant is nice and clean. Lengua could have been trimmed up a little better, but still delicious.
