The mail server took our order we got our food pretty quick, but when I went to ask for some condiments he walked away to help another customer and it took a while just to get him back. He ignored us pretty much the rest time and except for when he gave us the check. I gave a tip which he didn’t deserve but the cook did who came and took our plates and was very nice. Your server needs a little work.

I typically go to the GW in Franklin but it was closed. This was my first time going to this location and it was the worst. The floor was nasty, so nasty my shoes were sticking to the floor. The cook (Stephanie) shirt was extremely dirty which I didn’t see until my order was packed and ready to go. The burger was cold and so was the hashbrowns. For $20 bucks at GW this was the worst GW experience. Will not return. First impressions are everything and the appearance of the establishment and the quality of the meal was disappointing.

I read a review that you can’t dine in after midnight. That is false. The diner is old but decently clean. Bathrooms were good. We came in late after a concert to get food before driving an hour home. The wheat cakes were delicious. I liked the texture. Eggs and bacon were perfect. The hashbrowns were dry. My daughter had the chili and liked it alot. It was filled to the brim and she ate it all. The other patrons and server were like awkward zombies. It was an odd vibe. I ate quickly and we scooted out fast.

Go to this location every once in a while, Cody always cooks my dinner for me and I take it home. I asked for extra pickles and he really did extra pickles. Service is great. Food is good.

Positives: Fast service for food and good customer service from the wait staff. The wait staff was friendly and made sure to check up with me for refills on coffee and water. I sat in the back area. A plus- there are electric outlets for charging right at the tall long table near the window.
Negatives: the quality of the food was skimmpy. The pancakes were very thin like *crepe thin which is not the normal pancake size like at other GWs. The bacon were sliced very thin this is not the normal bacon thickness like at other GWs. Looks like the carpet could use a serious cleaning or replace all together. I posted pics and hopes they help.
