Normally pretty decent, but last night order extra mustard pickles. Didn’t receive the pickles.
Ordered an iced coffee with extra creamer and sugar. Didn’t receive either. I think I got the last coffee of the night as it was bitter.
Hopefully it is better next time.

I am a delivery driver and I have sent this location for pick up more than ten times and, I have never complained a single order. Because, either their computer is down, on break or something… I really hope the owner of this restaurant or the management crew aware this issue and take a consideration to this matter.

Update: had a chance to dine in and check out this new McDonald’s restaurant. Very nicely done and with modern feel. Decor is great and welcoming. They have touch screen ordering and they deliver your meal to your table with your table number tent that is provided by the screen. My snack and drink was great! Thank you!

It took over 20 minutes to get our food from the time we ordered. The ice in my husband’s diet coke had melted completely. My milkshake was completely melted. They didn’t put the mayo packets I ordered in the bag. The actual fries were good and the sandwiches were decent. Nothing was “delicious”. It was a disappointment for sure.

Sat for over 25 minutes waiting on a $15 order. You’ve got to be joking. I called, spoke to a manager at the 13 min mark and she said it was bevause I ordered a 40 piece nugget
After 30 min now and 2 employees approaching admitting they handed my food to someone else and I’m parked in spot 4 like the app says I just dont understand how someone so incompetent can be a manager and run shifts. Drive thru has gotten all their orders. Mobile orders have come and gone. I’m still sitting in spot 4 now after 40 min. I hate Mcdonalds at this point. I told her I wanted a refund. She insisted they’re making my food again. This is unbelievable……. unbelievable reality.

Don’t even bother trying to go to this McDonald’s after 10:00 p.m. Last night I went through the drive-thru and ordered a simple meal. Got to the payment window and no one was there. A person in the back glanced and kept walking on by. After about 5 minutes I guessed that it was up front where you picked up the order that you also paid. Moved forward and again no one was there for about 5 minutes. Noticed the car behind me then paying for their meal. Physically got out of the car to go back to pay for the meal since I figured that’s what I had to do. Again no one was there. Rapped on the window. No one answered. Went back to the pickup window and the lady was finally there and, clearly irritated, asked ” didn’t you see me standing there?” Funny.. I could have asked her the exact same question. So I paid. And waited more time. 5 to 10 minutes maybe more. I was starting to wonder if they had to slaughter the cow to get my hamburger ready. Finally got the meal, missing straws and other things but okay. The time stamp of my text complaining about this to someone showed that the entire experience took 20 minutes. I thought this was called fast food? I could actually get a pickup at a sit-down place for a faster turn around. This is the worst experience so far but in the evening there’s definitely the vibe that you’re bothering them. They need not worry. I will not bother them with my money anymore.
