So me and my boyfriend came to get a drink from this location today in the drive thru . I gave him my phone which had my order that I wanted in my notes . My order was a “Venti brown sugar, shaken espresso with two pumps of pumpkin, pumpkin cold foam, caramel drizzle and extra cinnamon topping . Then my boyfriend was undecided what he wanted so he was just gonna get a grande pumpkin cold brew and ask for extra pumpkin. But that’s when they said in the drive thru that it had like vanilla made with it, what made it pumpkin was the cold foam . So he told them is it similar to the vanilla cold brew and they said no because again the pumpkin cold brew was only the pumpkin cold foam that made it pumpkin. So he told them “sorry can you just give me a vanilla cold brew with the pumpkin cold foam with 4 vanilla syrup . So they gave him his order . When I got my drink and we had to leave the drive thru I notices my drink was a “grande” not a “venti”and I didn’t see any caramel drizzle or cinnamon topping that should have been on the cold foam . My boyfriend was gonna take my drink back in for me but I told him let’s just go because he had somewhere to be . So I drink some of my drink and it tasted like a cold brew, I got a cold brew before and liked it but I didn’t want a cold brew I wanted the brown shaken expresso . It didn’t had no cinnamon taste to it, it just takes like a cold brew with pumpkin cold foam I don’t know if they just decided to give me the drink my boyfriend was asking about before but I wasn’t happy about the drink at all

Hi everyone I hope your day is going well. My wife and I went through the drive through of Starbucks on outer hwy 18 in apple valley, across the street from St. Mary’s hospital. After taking out a reverse mortgage for a grande pumpkin spice latte and a venti pink drink, I was served ice in a cup with some dehydrated strawberries….let me know what you think. I wish I could give this review NO STARS. To be honest I don’t know why I keep coming here. The attitude of the employees here are horrible. You greet them with a Hi & Thank you and no response or even an acknowledgment. You ask for a straw or napkin and the employees in the drive thru act like it’s an inconvenience. My drinks always wrong or missing something. I have to drive 10 miles to a different Starbucks to get my coffee. The staff at that location are so pleasant and are thankful you came into their location. I never complain or really review but maybe this location needs to rehire the staff. I am a manager myself and take pride in how my staff treats our clients because at the end of the day they are a reflection of the company and management.

Just dropped in to wake up and the highway 18 Location impressed me today. Lila, Clara were huge helps. The managers name I’m told is Felicia and she appears to be running a team properly and effectively. I don’t see anybody dragging ass or slacking off. As a business owner I appreciate hard workers!

I ordered a matcha frappuccino with raspberry syrup. I got a mocha frappuccino. I was not gonna go back but I did since I was still in the parking lot. They fixed my order but I got it back and it looked completely the same as before. A dark gray color. The second time I got it it tasted like crushed ice with no flavoring.

Terrible customer service. They will purposely mess up your drink/order if they are having a bad day, which seems like it is everyday. Always long lines with long wait times. Worst Starbucks I’ve been to.

I would say this has been the best Starbucks it’s convenient to grab early morning for work and close to home but these past 2 weeks been horrible ! Since pecan was out of stock one worker said she can substitute it for hazelnut and it was the best that I started to order that drink but lately my coffee has been tasting gross Bitter no hazelnut taste not even a hint My daughter always gets the mango dragon fruit drink and I substitute the milk for oat milk and the drink was all milky ,, I went to my history on the app to Makesure I was ordering it correctly and I was nothing changed , so I am confused

Had someone pick up a coffee I ordered, that I had placed online. Asked for extra salted cold foam and you can literally barely see it on top. It’s so little, it didn’t even reach the side of the cup. I took a drink to try it, but you can tell there’s no cold foam on the side, let alone extra cold foam. Sadly, the store is way too far to bring back today. I don’t know what’s going on with the store’s (not just this one) but I don’t think they know what “extra” means.
