I was pulled up for 45 minutes waiting on my food while customers behind me were getting their food. It can’t be that hard to make a sausage and egg biscuit. The service was slow and my food came out cold when I finally got it.

Hot Honey Chicken & Waffle sandwich is definitely worth trying. I don’t know if it was really Honey, but it had a Honey-Maple Syrup flavor & texture with a tiny bit of heat. Although it looks small, one is very filling.

This has to be the most unprofessional Hardee’s I’ve ever seen! I did not see a single employee for the first five minutes of standing in line to include the back kitchen. When the staff realized that there is a line forming, they just came out of the woodwork. I watched a cook, take eggs out of one of the machines by hand (no utensils); with her hand! The food was cold. I’m not sure if anyone washed their hands and I wasn’t provided a receipt. This was a complete disappointment. I recommend going to Wendy’s next-door for breakfast.

Worst place ever to go to. Hot ham and cheese is cold ham and a cold bun with no cheese and they are out of coke, sprite and hi C drinks. This one in whiteville needs to close its door. I also got another burger that comes on sourdough bread. The bun was wet and cold. Butter not even melted . Not even warm. Paid 20 dollars for this mess and I didn’t even get a drink with it. I called them back and they hung up on me and then they would not even answer the phone back when I called them back. There is no way that I would take it back cause they would probly spit in my next combo.. NEVER AGAIN

I went through drive trough before work was told any biscuit would be a 10 min wait. That was fine however 24mins later and late for work I still had no biscuit. I was asked to to the side. No one ever came out I had to go inside to get it. No one would give me the time of day a customer spoke up for me. They still did not ask what was going on. I had to say hey this what I had and told them what I had ordered. finally the lady at the register said here is her food. And my food was bagged and sitting to the side away from all the other food and when Ii got it the hash browns were cold were someone had gotten it to carry outside sat it down and forgot about me, had I not went it and spoke up I would have been even more late and still would not have had my food. had I not have had to go to work they would have had to refund my money. The food was cold and not good but the most frustrating part is my food was just sitting there and no one cared to get it to me I went through the drive through and still had to get out it the rain and go inside and get my food because apparently they had no intentions of going in the rain to take me my food after asking me to pull into a parking spot. And the other thing was that no one seemed to care when I went inside, no one asked if they could help me or anything they seemed to be having their own little conversation’s as to who was working when and who had off as the lines backed up. It was un called for. Unless my mind changes I have no plans to visit this particular Hardees going forward and if I ever do it would most definitely be when I have no where in the world to be. Total bill $9.06

Worst Hardee’s experience ever. Took 30 mins to get thru drivethru and then the order was missing items and the food we received was not correct. Had to return for the rest of our order and no apologies for their mistake. Stay away from this place! Lots of improvements are needed.
