First I absolutely LOVE Chicken Salad Chick. Fruity Fran is my favorite. My whole office orders from the Knoxville location every Friday. I was in Maryville and wanted to try out in store purchase experience. Line was Long and business was busy. Team was handling efficiently. Store was clean and pleasant atmosphere. They almost need a bigger store for all the people coming through there though! I purchased 2 Fruity Fran from the pre-made shelf and 2 white chocolate cake slices. Cake was amazing. I was a bit disappointed in how Maryville’s Fruity Fran tasted and was made compared to my normal Knoxville location. It had more mayo, much less fruit, and it had a twang almost sour taste although it was not out of data. I still ate Every bite! I just wanted to mention the difference I noticed so hopefully maybe Maryville’s Fruity Fran recipe can start being made more like the Knoxville location? Its not enough to keep me away tho! I order 2 large containers Every week! Love yall! On a side note- I eat here Often and I love the crackers! I even ask for Extra! I dont understand the folks saying their crackers are nibbled on?? NO such thing!!?? Don’t believe that! Almost Every pack is perfect, but be realistic its mass production. Its not realistic to check all the crackers they serve up?? However, they are Definitely not nibbled on.

Classic chicken salad like your Grandma makes for the potluck down at Lutheran Chapel on Sunday. They have very reasonable prices and generous portions, the calories are clearly and they are kid friendly. The service was quick and very clean. It was my first time but I’ll definitely be back

I ordered soup and the cashier put a handful of crackers in my bag. The crackers had all been nibbled on and some missing in each pack by some kind of rodent. I would suggest you check your cracker boxes before handing them out to customers. I was pretty grossed out and couldn’t even eat my lunch.

So I was in the drive through and received open bags of crackers and no cookie.Therefore, I called to talk about the open bag of crackers and the missing cookie. The man laughed at me and said the crackers weren’t half eaten.They just come in like that.He said it several times and that his manager would say the same thing.And he kind of giggled again. And he said, well, they just forgot your cookie.And that was the end of the subject.And he hung up. I think this is poor leadership.Poor management skills, I think that I should have been offered a free cookie.

Not sure how long this location has been here but they seem to be drawing crowds. The drive thru was 8 cars deep and inside it was 4 people in line. Food seems fresh. And it was good. Just next time I think I’ll ask for more chicken salad on my sandwich.

What a refreshing bite compared to your typical fast food joint! They have 15 varieties of chicken salad that you can have on or off a sandwich, along with many side choices, and the meals also included a pickle and cookie! We got the fancy Fran chicken salad and the pimento BLT and both were good although we liked the chicken salad better. The workers were helpful in recommending dishes, and the dining room was being cleaned and vacuumed, it was very tidy! They have an app with a point system to earn free food, surveys for free food, and you get a free meal on your birthday. We were also told everything they have there is made in house! We plan to return soon to try something else!
