Horrible horrible attitude and service. Uber driver came in to pick up 2 drinks and 3 pastries and got “eye roll, deep sigh…we’ll see when we can get to it”.
Shop 1/3 full…so occupied but not 30 people in line-busy.
2 people came in AFTER and got their order.
When Uber driver checked on progress of tis “enormous 2 drink” order…got eye roll and sigh from SECOND barrista…”oh yeah, we”ll see when we can make that”.
30 minutes later….
If you don’t want to accept Uber orders or treat the drivers like human beings, then DON’T ACCEPT THE ORDER.

The baristas were apparently too good to greet the customers and reply to people thanking them. I had to say thank you twice before being acknowledged. Apparently, since I was not a delivery person but a actual paying customer, I was only allowed a four cup carrier for my two cups of coffee. I was not to take the two cups. My bad. I usually do not stop at Starbucks anymore however, only stopped there because I could order online and I needed a quick pickup. Going forward, it will be worth driving down the street to Huxdotter Coffee. A small business will appreciate a paying customer more.

Worst mocha frappuccino I’ve ever had, tasted bitter not sweet at all and was way over blended, pure liquid it was disgusting I couldn’t even drink it. And the person that made it was so grumpy omg not friendly at all wouldn’t say a word or crack a smile. Worst place ever.

I normally get good drinks here with the morning 5am crew, but God forbid if you order pick up in drive through. The nerve of the drive through rep who tried to scold me as if I were her 5 yes old child, she learned today !

This is not my regular Starbucks but I stopped after a meeting with a client and to my surprise, they completely shorted me on both my Venti Iced drinks. They didn’t even fill them all the way. My regular Starbucks always fills them to the top. Pics show how much more I should have gotten and I hadn’t taken a drink yet. I won’t visit this Starbucks again!

Very busy Starbucks which is understaffed at busy times around school release time. Staff is friendly and the drinks are good, however they have forgotten my water twice. The parking lot is tight and I couldn’t get out of my space because the drive thru was so backed up.

Indeed as other reviews have mentioned, this is the “reliable” Starbucks. The food and drinks are just better, and there’s never a massive wait time. I’m not sure how other locations can fail at all these (especially the food; I’ve had weirdly overcooked hard sandwiches at others locations). Very happy this Starbucks is consistently pleasant
