This location used to be halfway decent but the last couple times I’ve ordered, it was something wrong with the food. The pizza was overcooked and the wings were not done. They were cold and rubbery. Pizza is not worth eating cause it’s already dried out. Really disappointing

On the evening of 10/24/25 I came in little Caesars to pick up an order and it was extremely busy which I understand but staff were rude. I asked if the order was ready and she told me that if it’s not up on the screen than it isn’t ready…ok understandable. 40 minutes later I’m still waiting, people who came in after me were getting there orders so finally I ask the lady about the order and she mumbles and walks away. I was livid that I wasted time and money since I had to unassigned myself from the order. Horrible customer service!!!!

I was all excited to try the bacon and cheese crazy puffs. The advertisement made them look really good. But when I got them they were burnt, and nothing like advertised. I went back to store to complain, the employee told me I had to call corporate, I called corporate and told them and they told me they would have the manager from the store call me. It’s been 3 days no call!

They refused to take my order even though there were more than 40 minutes left before the store closed. They wanted to sell me old pizzas, telling me that was the only thing they were going to sell me and that they weren’t going to make anything fresh.

Terrible service and no understanding. I ordered delivery and they got my order wrong. When I called them about it I was told the only way to get a refund would be to bring the pizzas back to prove they got the order wrong. I ordered DELIVERY. I said I can send photos or you can send a driver to pick them up and I was told no that won’t work. I called customer service, they allowed me to send photos to prove my order was wrong. They denied my refund request even seeing that my order was wrong with photos sent. 3rd bad experience with little Caesars in a year. Won’t be ordering from them again.

This store is Disgusting. Has a bad sour smell when you come in. Employee clothing are always dirty on shift start. The counter always nasty from the time they open. The shelf where they keep the sauce are beyond nasty.. pictures below

Damn, my kid’s pizza was dry as hell. I had to get her some fast food. She wanted lil Ceasar so as a Dad. I got her what she wanted. Never again. Something told me to open the pizza up. Lucky she was hungry
