Amazing food, such beautiful flavours and a wide range of dishes. The chana chaat is one of the best I’ve ever had and we got a shahi paneer & paneer butter masala and both were incredible. The owner himself was one of the kindest people and really looked after us. The staff are amazing & accompanied by even more amazing food.

If you are in Milan and craving for some authentic North Indian cusine, I would highly recommend Real One Indian Restaurant near Via Cusani. The taste of the food is very very good. And its close to the authentic Indian taste. I can say this out of my personal experience. I have travelled all over europe and can confirm that most “Indian” Restaurants(some just use the name Indian but are not really Indian) give into the temptation to make Indian food palatable to the “white” folks. I understand their reasons to make Indian food less spicy. However here at Real One Indian restaurant I was very happy to notice that the owner/chef are not trying to reduce the heat just so that the locals can eat. They are sticking to the authentic Indian taste and ensuring that the local also get to enjoy the real flavors of Indian food. The vibe of the place is very positive and the Owner Dalbeer or Taru from the wait staff are extremely polite and professional. The best part the prices dont burn a hole in your pocket. Overall a must visit if you need to satisfy your cravings of Indian Food…

If you are looking for authentic Indian flavors in Milan, Real One Indian Restaurant is a must-visit. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality.
We started our meal with the complimentary sauces provided by the house. They were absolutely delightful, particularly the coriander sauce, which was vibrant, fresh, and perfectly balanced.
For our main course, we enjoyed the Chicken Tikka Masala, Chicken Madras, Garlic Naan, and Rice. The execution of each dish was flawless. The spice levels were expertly tuned, and the quality of the meat was outstanding—tender, juicy, and rich in flavor. The garlic naan was the perfect accompaniment, fresh and aromatic.
Beyond the food, the establishment itself is beautiful and well-maintained. The staff are incredibly professional, respectful, and friendly, ensuring that every guest feels well-attended to.
Highly recommended for anyone seeking top-tier service and an authentic taste of India. We will definitely be returning!

The food was really bland and tasteless. We had chicken karahi, which was too tangy and tomato based, not authentic at all. And don’t get me started on Chicken biryani, might have been the worst I ever tasted, because I could literally not taste anything at all, fake food coloring in the rice and chicken was cooked separately and cold. Paneer tikka and Naan was good. I would not recommend this restaurant.

We chanced upon this restaurant when we were walking around – we did a take away for dinner on day #1 – the food was great and the portions just right.

We went back on day #2 and ordered a curry and some rice, again as takeaway. When we came back to our hotel and opened it to our horror we found that the curry looked as though it was some leftover and the portion was way less than what we got the day before/ what a single portion looks like (and was packed in a bigger box). We were appalled and did they do it because they knew we were tourists and they won’t be held accountable?

The photos do not clearly show the quantity or the size of the box – this is all we could manage in our shock and anger.

We felt cheated and thus 1 star rating.

I was in Milan for five days and tried all kinds of food, authentic Italian pasta, authentic Italian pizza, everything you’d expect.

I’ve never really been into Indian food. I may have had it once or twice before, but it’s not usually my go-to cuisine. Still, I decided to try this Indian restaurant, and honestly, I was very surprised.

Out of the five days I spent in Milan, I’m confident this was the best food I had during my holiday. The staff were extremely respectful, the restaurant looked great, and the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. It just had a really good vibe.

I ordered the butter chicken with garlic naan, and it was genuinely excellent. Even though I don’t have much experience with Indian food, this was easily the best Indian dish I’ve ever had.

After the meal, I had a short conversation with the owner and he was very kind and professional. The prices were also surprisingly affordable, especially compared to what you usually get in Milan.

So overall, everything was on point: the food, the prices, the location, and the atmosphere. It was simply a great restaurant experience, and without a doubt my best dining experience in Milan during this trip.

I had a wonderful experience at this Indian restaurant! The food was bursting with authentic flavors — every dish felt freshly prepared with the right amount of spice and aroma. The butter chicken was creamy and flavorful, the naan soft and fresh, and the biryani full of fragrance.

The service was warm and welcoming, and the staff took the time to make sure we were comfortable throughout. The restaurant had a cozy atmosphere with beautiful Indian décor that made the meal even more enjoyable.

Highly recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy real Indian cuisine with great hospitality! ♥️♥️
