Everything as far as the pizza was fine, it’s the service that’s horrible. Nobody acknowledged me nor said they would be with me in a sec after they was done with their own task. I’m fine waiting but when nobody is greeting nor letting their customer know they’ll attend to them and just staring at me like it’s a staring contest, that’s when I feel like I’m being ignored. Teach your staff how to communicate with their customers and there won’t be as many bad reviews, Mind you it was my first time visiting this location 0/5 service but 9/10 pizza make it make sense!

I ordered from this location and my order was left outside on the wet ground by Ross the driver, so the stray cats around the complex got to my food before I did. I called ,the store manager said she’ll send out a fresh order and they NEVER came. Horrible customer service waited for hours kids ate late (like 10:20 and I ordered around 8pm) waiting on them.

Ordered pizza last night I asked for extra cheese didn’t get it. Asked for Philly steak on my pizza I counted 5 pieces. Went to pick up a slice of the pizza and the dough just fell apart which typically indicates old dough. Just a horrible experience definitely going with papa johns next time.

I have ordered online in the night few times . They accepted my order and provide me whit a order number via emails l . After that few minutes later the store canceled my order whitout any kind of explanations . They just cancel my orders and didn’t delivery. This issue happened several times, I have proof of all the emails . I reached the store looking for answers and also put a few complaints on the corporate web for customer service about it . The issues never resolved whit their store franchise. DOMINOS sorry but you don’t practice what you promoted in your web advertising and policies.

Never got the pizza. First we order the pizza say it would be ready in 40mins 40 went turn to a hr still no pizza. Call on hold when answered was place for 40 more mins had to call from a different phone to finally talk to manager and got a refund.

Horrible Service, placed online order try to call store because it doesn’t give the option to change out meat i was on hold for 25 minutes No one came to phone and when I did call back a RUDE DRIVER ANSWER THE PHONE kept going back and forth with me after I asked to speak with manager.she kept telling me how busy they were and they cant come to the phone SMDH. The manager NEVER CAME TO THE PHONE. My guy went up there cause after checking online it was ready while I’M on the phone with him the DRIVER at this point is trying to be nice to him and also giving him a different rundown of what happened. I really don’t understand why Domino is still open they NEVER have any help can’t never reach them when u need them. Give it up all ready and close the door. Never ordering from here again

Tried to call in an order on my way home from work and I was on hold for 23 minutes. When they answered the phone I had already driven and order from a different pizza spot. The reason given to me by the manager was “we are understaffed and you should have just ordered online.”

I order from this location often but tonight was such a poor customer service experience that it will be my last. Part of my order was the cinnamon twist. I ordered the included icing and one extra. Instead I received two mango haberno dips. I called the store immediately upon delivery and was told they would send them right out. An hour later I called again and they said the driver was a few minutes away. About 40 minutes later I called back and was on hold for 16 minutes before someone answered. When someone finally answered they kept deferring back to their manager who I asked to speak with instead of passing information back and forth. Instead they continued passing messages. I was only asking for the $6.79 cinnamon twist and $0.79 dip to be refunded because I don’t want them without the dip. I even offered to drive them back to the store- which defeats the purpose of ordering delivery. That was refused because I received them. The manager “Cara” (not sure if that’s spelled correctly or if that her name could be Carla Karla, Kera who knows because she was short and rude) finally got on the phone. She has ZERO customer service skills, hopefully her management reviews her behavior and reevaluates her position because she is not fit to lead a team or lead by example.
