Tried this new spot and was seriously impressed! The arancini were perfectly crispy with a creamy, flavorful center, the steak was cooked exactly right , tender, juicy, and beautifully seasoned and the chicken parm was crispy, cheesy, and topped with a rich, balanced sauce. The mushroom flatbread was the perfect finish with savory mushrooms and a crisp crust. Everything was absolutely delicious and I can’t wait to come back!

Me and my partner celebrated a late anniversary here. Everything on the menu looked amazing so the cheff helped us pick. I had the amazingly creamy Chicken Alfredo and my partner had the braised beef! It was so soft you could have eaten it with a spoon . Left full and sleepy. Some of the best comfort food in the county!! We will be back.

Early date night at Bacchus Ristorante and it was so good
The Fat Bread with baked brie and mushrooms was incredible, the lobster ravioli was rich and creamy, and the chicken al forno was full of flavor. Even the risotto and broccoli were done perfectly.
Cozy atmosphere and Brooke was such an attentive, kind server. We’ll definitely be back!

While the pictures may not look the most appetizing, the food was much better than it appears. Everything was very flavorful, and for the price, I felt like I received a generous amount of food. The broccoli was some of the best I’ve ever had, perfectly cooked and seasoned, and the mashed potatoes were also delicious and comforting.
I ordered through Uber Eats, so I can’t speak to the atmosphere of the restaurant, but based on the food alone, I would absolutely order again.

Brought an out of town family member here because they were craving Italian. I’ve been wanting to try Bacchus for years but never got an opportunity to. My family member has severe nut allergies and it makes going out for dinner a stressful event for me. I was very pleasantly surprised when we informed our server of the nut allergy she told us nothing on the menu had nuts. It helped alleviate my worries and helped me really enjoy the night. The chocolate espresso martini was phenomenal. It’s the best espresso martini I’ve ever had. I ordered the rigatoni inferno but asked for a substitute to vesuvio noodles. It was delicious!!!

Bacchus was a great option for Italian! We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and were impressed with the food. The prices felt aligned with the quality of food, and portions were great. Definitely a place I’d stop again.

Had the 15oz steak and wow! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️This was easily the best steak I’ve ever had. Simple but absolutely delicious, juicy, and fresh. My girlfriend was stealing bites off my plate! The mashed potatoes were almost Smokey which was different but tasted amazing. Our server Taniqa was very kind and personable and made us feel very comfortable. A small but very special restaurant in Windsor

If I could give this restaurant 10 stars out of 5, I would. We were warmly greeted by Brooke, who seated us immediately and gave us time to look over the menu. We started off with the tuna carpaccio, which was simple and delicious. Great piece of tuna, that didn’t need a single thing. Absolutely perfect!
We then ordered our pasta dishes, and a mushroom risotto on the side. The risotto was the best we have ever tried. Both of our pasta dishes were absolutely amazing. The portions were huge. The chicken was tender. The sauce was absolutely delicious! All we kept saying is that we wish this restaurant was closer, because we would be there weekly. This was one of our favorite Italian meals ever, and we had a bunch to take home, still. We can’t wait to go, again.

ETA: I have updated this review to remove the misinformation, and apologize for the confusion. I don’t understand the restaurant’s reply to this review, as we did not get complimentary appetizers, as previously stated. Not sure if you are confusing us with yet another customer. The exact wording on their menu is $65/person + gratuity. The amount on the gratuity is not disclosed.
TLDR; Food was terrible, staff was hostile, and people were charged an automatic gratuity, but were not disclosed on the amount. Left negative review on their website, and they literally started smack talking another guest in their response to us.
We only learned when we arrived that there was a 75 minute time limit, and it would be $65 per person + gratuity. The restaurant instructions we received were poorly worded, and many patrons had 0 idea there was a set menu, us included.
Staff argued with customers who weren’t aware of the set menu, and charged them anyone who had to leave due to health/dietary issues a $20/person “no-show” fee.
Food was terrible. The garden salad was dry, the bruschetta was lazy, and the tiramisu dessert was larger than our main course.
The server put an automatic 20% gratuity on our bill, but notice never said it was automatic, or what the % would be.
I posted a review on TouchBistro, and their response was hostile and directed towards a completely different customer. I’ve attached photos of our meals and their response to us on TouchBistro here.
My girlfriend and I are a lesbian couple, and we did not receive any “free items” like they’re describing.
