Sitting in line for the second time tonight because they got one of our pizzas wrong, was supposed to have banana peppers they put pineapple. Wouldn’t be so bad except both times I’m having to wait forever. Also, they took the wrong pizza back and all stood around for several minutes looking at the pizza and the receipt like I was trying to hoodwink somebody over a 6.99 pizza. Finally told me they were going to remake it, I said if they were going to just throw the pizza away, I could give it to my chickens, they said they couldn’t even let me keep the incorrect pizza for my troubles. I had to drive all the way back across town after getting home, no apology, nothing. Just a remade pizza they acted like they shouldn’t have to do. Used to order pizza here about weekly, I’ll be going to Papa John’s from here on out.

We placed an order at 3:55pm and when I went to pick it up at the pickup time in the app, the team ignored me at the window for nearly 10 minutes. When I finally got a team member, I found out they had not even started my pizza due to being “shorthanded”. I have called 5 times to cancel my order just for my calls to be ignored. I love everyone there. I think they are very kind, but there is one dude there who gives me vibes like he doesn’t wanna be there and it isn’t very welcoming.. My pizza was also cut like this and they almost forgot my 2 L drink and tried to also give me a tiny drink.. I told him Ranches and Icing because that’s what I had On my order And he only gave me the two ranches.. I was also waiting for my pizza like I was supposed to and they told me they would bring it out to me, but they didn’t and I had to go back through after 30 mins of waiting.. I noticed usually it’s only the nighttime workers.. This happened 10:20 pm.. When I was also waiting for my pizza, I seen some dude with Dark long hair, pretending like he was shooting a shot in the air and I just seen them messing around didn’t think it was very professional.. during that time too I believe pizza was already done because It said my order was done at 10:20 and I had to go in through the drive thru there at 10:28.. Very very skimpy! Never had a problem with this place before until this order.
Maybe someone was in a bad mood… Whenever/ if ever order from here again, I’ll do another photo of all our pizzas, and hopefully, it will be like they always are, Delicious and non skimpy!

A few weeks ago I ordered from here and got the wrong pizza in the drive thru. I had driven to my parents house before I realized it was wrong. The pizza I got cost more than what I ordered and my dad loved it.
Today I’m visiting my parents again and he wants another Philly Cheese Steak pizza. I ordered and go pick up using the app. I have not seen pizza as bad as this before. Some slices only had one bite worth of toppings on them.

I order online 11/29/25 where I put everything I wanted on my large pizza. I pick up the pizza through drivethru and on my way home I notice a homeless person in the park and I gave her 3 slices of the pizza. Whew I got home I notice what I ask for was not on the pizza. I call back to Dominoes on Avalon Ave in Muscle Shoals and the guy there was rude and he said just bring the pizza back. I told him some slices was missing and he said I am sorry there nothing they can do because we need the hole pizza back. I paid $17.00 for something I didn’t order.

I absolutely love their Philly subs!! I have the app to order from and my food is done exactly when they say it will be! It’s always fresh and my son loves their pizza!! I have never had any kind of issue with them and the staff are all very kind, courteous, and upbeat when I go for my order pickup!

I’m hoping I can attach a picture of this pizza. I ordered online, followed tracker for my 12 minute wait!! Pulled up to window, paid, waited, waited, waited only to be told to pull up, it would be ten minutes!! He finally brings out my med, thin, ONE topping pizza, and it is covered in so much cheese, it’s inedible. It’s the nastiest pizza I’ve ever seen. WOULD YOU EAT THIS?? Come on Dominos, $$ wasted and no one will answer phone to complain. I expect a credit for my next order. DOMINOS MUSCLE SHOALS

Never ill i EVER go back to this store! My pizza was made wrong and I tried to call EIGHT TIMES to listen to the taped recording and NEVER got an answer! The last two times they picked up the phone and hung up on me! Pitiful!!
