WOW! GREAT addition to the Helena area. It opened before Christmas and it’s STILL busy everyday. Been to this location several times since it opened. The service is outstanding, very professional and efficient when handling customers and the food.
I’ve had both hot and cold sandwiches and they taste great. I like knowing the food is fresh and like to see them slice the meats and cheeses right there, instead of them sitting in a package ready to use. All of the veggies are cold and fresh as well.
There is something for everyone on this menu and is a great value for what you order to eat. Highly recommend this place. It’ll be busy, so be prepared to wait. They do have online ordering, its busy as well! Well done Jersey Mike’s!

The food is amazing but man the line is long, they are limited by the building design, I don’t think they were expecting to be such a big hit because they were going though people as fast as they could with extra staff and still can’t keep up

1/28 Ordered delivery from DoorDash… which arrived in a timely manner from Dasher Dalton… BUT… my #3 had NOTHING but meat and cheese, NO FIXINGS,NO DRESSING,NO EXTRAS I PAID FOR… the other two sandwiches were fine. Won’t be gracing your establishment again anytime soon!

Easy 5 stars, we would always grab Jersey Mikes when we’re out of town so we placed an order on day one and now it’s become our staple every payday to splurge on. The food is amazing, we always get a giant one to take to work as lunch. Easy pickup when using the app so we don’t have to wait in line.

The wait times at this location is unacceptable first and foremost. Almost 2 hours for one sub. I had assumed it was just because they were busy and it’s new to this area. The food was good the first time, so I let it slide. The second time the wait was still crazy and they forgot some of the items I ordered. This time will be my last time. The wait was crazy once again but they didn’t add all the ingredients on the sub I ordered. They only put 5 tiny little slices of meat on the sandwich and smothered it in mustard. The only reason I ever put up with the outrageous wait times is because the subs are typically filling and has a thick layer of meat for a decent price. What I received today was beyond disappointing. I will stick to Jimmy John’s since I at least know what I’m getting. This place is so inconsistent and slow it’s pathetic.

Every time they mess up my order, I’ve ordered 3 times now ,one for delivery and two for pickup,and they never get it right unfortunately. I always get a #42 regular on white with extra cheese, which is a chipotle CHICKEN CHEESESTEAK!!!!!! And they have given me a chipotle cheesesteak with STEAK NOT CHICKEN every time!!!!They did give me chicken one time for a delivery order but it was missing the chipotle mayo. I called and they offered to remake it if I was willing to drive to the store and pick it up so I did, just for it to be steak and not chicken…………. I’m really disappointed with this location as a whole. They need to study their menu a little more. I even ordered today

I understand this is a newer business, so I’m keeping that in mind while writing this review. I think they are too busy trying to get people in and out, that the quality of the food is suffering. Slow down, Turn off your mobile ordering and give your staff a chance. My order was wrong, forgot the bacon. Then when I went to go pay for it, it was put in someone else’s bag… A bunch of strangers grabbing my food. I’ll try again in a few months, but it was kind of a let down.

Walked in Friday morning at around 10:20, no line, ordered a giant Philly and got my food in about 5 minutes after they cooked it. Sandwich was heaping full and tasted great. Good service and clean store. Have no idea what these Karen and Chad negative reviews are talking about.
