Pizza WAS great. I used to order all the time, but has been going down hill past couple years. Now, there is always an issue. Last time my pizza was burnt. Black edged burnt. This time it was tuff to chew and I didn’t get any of my extra toppings. ZERO. That is it for me. Will not be coming back.

I ordered a couple days ago for the first time in about 2 years. We used to really like the food, but quit ordering a while back because the quality was just going downhill. Gave it another go and really wish we wouldn’t have. We got a buffalo chicken pizza and a plain cheese and a gyro salad. The salad was good, no complaints on it other than the cold, dry pita they packed on top of it. Like at least warm it or toast it for a few seconds… The pizzas were not good. The Buffalo chicken pizza tasted like strait Louisiana Hot Sauce with canned chicken. The plain cheese barely had any cheese on it, was overcooked and very dry. It literally looked like it had been sitting on their counter for 2 days…. We threw probably 80% of the food away because it just wasn’t good. There are far better pizza shops in the area that cost less too.

Probably the worst pizza i’ve ever had. The crust was chewy and burned on the bottom; it was like eating burned cardboard
It had been sitting out apparently, a very long time; it was room temperature at best.
They could not scrounge up the key to the restroom. I finally had to cross the parking lot in the rain, to use the restroom at Taco Bell. Eventually, they found it in the pocket of one of the cooks.
The fountain drinks were very watery and weak, an obvious attempt to save money.
I could not recommend this restaurant to anyone, ever.

I placed an order with specific directions for a no contact delivery…I arrived home and my food still was not there after 1hr. 20 minutes. I called and the girl lied and said it was on its way. Then IVP called and said it was delivered to the back porch (which I don’t have!). I found my food sitting in my backyard on a kids picnic table out in the sun which it sat out for 30 minutes! I called IVP back, spoke to the same girl who was getting smart with me. She said the delivery driver knocked 2 times…I told her to read the instructions which at first she said she didn’t have! She placed me on hold and then found the instructions and read them to me which clearly stated, “No contact delivery… Knock on door… Leave on table outside.” She says you didn’t say anything about leaving it on the front porch. I said if the delivery driver had come to the door he’d see there is a table on the front porch. She continued to have an attitude with me arguing with me stating I did not specify to leave it on the FRONT porch so I asked to talk to the manager and she stated he’s busy. So I waited on hold only for the manager to tell me he could replace my food or give me credit in my next order … I could not wait another hour, my grandkids were hungry! I accepted the store credit however after I thought about it, I will not be patronizing them anymore! I’m not taking the risk of them doing something nasty to my food!

I went here for lunch today and got the boat pizza. it. Was 4 French bread slices for 15 bucks with 2 topping and a drink. I always love this pizza but today was the dining room was filthy and they had plenty of people to clean it.. pizza is awesome but eat n experience was lack luster

Once again IVP has yet to disappoint us with throwing food together on a dry bun cut it 1.5 times and forget anything we asked not to add or add.
I still refuse to call and “Ask the manager” to cook for us like I was told to do the next time we order. How incompetent are your workers if the manager has to be requested to put food on bun and cut it once?!? I’m officially done with your BS. go train at the Brentwood store.

I paid $8 for what I thought would be a decent kids meal. I’ll post pics below. A hoagie that was complete mush and a Sicilian pizza 16 slices with two pieces of pepperoni on each slice. I know times a re tough out there but this was ridiculous. They used to be so good when I lived I’m the area. People were nice food was not.

I have been going to belle vernon IVP for over a decade. But I have to say the last couple times I have been in , in the evening, pizza is dry and burnt. Of course the pizzas do sit there awhile to be sold for slices.
I would say go there in the afternoon, I have had better experiences.

This is my all time favorite pizza. Outside of New York or Chicago. So tasty… And this location in Belle Vernon is the best, of the other Italian Villages locally. The pizza tastes better and they have great deals
