Sushi Haya in Missouri City is a solid spot for all-you-can-eat done right. We tried a wide variety of dishes, but I personally focused on the short ribs, beef skewers, chicken, and shrimp to keep it high-protein — and everything came out fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. The short ribs were especially on point.
The interior layout and design are beautiful — modern, clean, lots of space. It’s a great place for a family dinner but also works perfectly for a date night. Being right outside of Sienna Plantation makes it super convenient.
If you’re looking for a quality AYCE experience in the area, I highly recommend giving Sushi Haya a try.

Really enjoyed our meal here. The salmon sashimi was super fresh and nicely sliced, and the crab meat was tasty. The fried items were crispy (not greasy), and the beef yakitori was tender with a great grill flavor. Service was quick and attentive, and the atmosphere was relaxed. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience at this new sushi spot! All of us had the AYCE. Everything we tried was incredibly fresh. The flavors were balanced and delicious. The service was excellent, and our waitress was friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. You can tell they take pride in the quality of their ingredients and presentation. We’ll definitely be coming back and look forward to trying more of the menu. Highly recommend if you’re a sushi lover!

I love their robata skewers, especially the wings and eels. Very reasonable price, too. Sashimi and sushi quality is okay. I really like the vibes there. It’s perfect for friends and family gatherings.

Cool spot for AYCE sushi. Food came out super fast and fish quality was pretty good. Had a coop robot bringing out food which reminded me of Japan.
Appetizer were good. Salad and the fried dumpling (Goyza). Had a cool deal for a free meal on your birthday also. Kalbi in my picture was really good. If you want straight need that would be awesome with their fried rice.

Family of 5 ~ all sushi lovers. We tried this new sushi spot in Sienna. The restaurant is spotless, and you can tell they take cleanliness seriously. Such a nice aesthetic feel to the place. The food was absolutely amazing—everything tasted fresh and prepared well. The spicy kani salad, was a perfect combination of crabmeat, cucumber & crunch. The salmon sashimi was super fresh & was delicious. Didn’t get photos of the rest of what we ordered but everything we ordered was great. The waitstaff and host was also very friendly and helpful. Definitely a new favorite, and we can’t wait to come back!

We had a great lunch at Sushi Haya. Grace was very kind and attentive throughout our visit. The interior is nicely decorated and clean. We ordered many items off the AYCE menu and especially enjoyed the sushi rolls, yellowtail/salmon/tuna nigiri, and their calamari is the best out of all the AYCE sushi restaurants in Houston. The price includes tea/soft drinks with refills as well as dessert.

Food was very good. I was able to try many types of sushi and other dishes that I wouldn’t otherwise try. I found some new flavors that I’ll be keeping in mind.
My top picks were the Crab Rangoons (they’re not what you think freaking try them), the “New Surf and Turf” Steak Sushi (pictured), and the Super Crunch Roll.
Will be back. Will share with others. 10/10 right now in this honeymoon phase.

Went with my family at around 9pm! MIKI, was so kind and accommodating!! Even though we were last minute customers we did not feel hurried at all. Not only that, but the sushi still tasted fresh. The Sushi boat gave it such a delight touch!! I base off AYCE Sushis by how well the Mackerel, Mussels, and Shrimp tempura taste, and presented. Will say, this AYCE spot is one of my top 3.

Loved it so much we came back the next day! The service was amazing even though they are still in their soft opening stage. Sushi is very fast and the kitchen items take a tiny bit longer but recommend to order everything you want at first. The food delivery robot is so cute!
My only negative is I wish you could make small modifications to the sushi rolls but there are a ton of options to choose from.
