The wings weren’t bad, but the ones that I ordered didn’t have sauce on them. The sauce came on the side, which I thought was a bit odd. I didn’t like the flavor of the sauce (black pepper garlic), but maybe I need to try a different flavor. They charge way too much for extra sauce… . It’s $1 for the 2 tbsp of extra sauce. Overall, the wings were pretty good. My pet peeve is when they give out these ridiculously small napkins when you order greasy wings. Honestly, handing out cheap paper towels would be better. Napkins are part of the cost of doing business as a restaurant, so please don’t be so cheap with the napkins when ppl are spending an average of $15+ dollars for an entre.

I always have the most pleasant experience at America’s best Wings on Washing Blvd. The food is amazing especially the whole wings and fries and for real they have a signature Peach drink that you can only get here and every time I go here to get my food I have to purchase 3-4 extra cups of the signature Peach drink, the employee are always Pleasant and Polite and they always do they’re best to accommodate you with your order. Thank You America’s Best Wings for your hospitality and wonderful food, this is why I come every day. For the great food and the interactions with the staff.

Drove in from Chicago on Friday. Stopped at this place and later regretted it. Guy at the counter couldn’t speak English, took 20 min to order food. Then when it came out, it was horrible! First it took 40 min to get a shrimp wrap and a sub sandwich. Place was dirty and food was garbage.

I went to this location last night (8/19/2024) after work. I ordered from online website. I ordered 5 whole wings and cheesesteak. On the website I was given an option for sauce on the wings. I asked for honey garlic pepper. When I get there I see the wings are plain. I told them I asked for honey garlic pepper and that’s when I was told they don’t put sauce on whole wings. He then pointed at a sauce in the bag that was a small container half filled with sauce. You couldn’t even put that sauce on one wing let alone 5! I asked for more sauce and was told no. The service and food was horrible. I will not be going back to that location ever. I will only continue to go to the one on liberty road in Randallstown. What’s worse is that I was charged $2 for the sauce. I posted a pic of the sauce at the bottom.

I ordered off DoorDash and I was surprised when I had gotten more fried mushrooms because they said it was only going to be about 5. But the picture has to do with the garlic bread that I ordered that clearly was totally different from the picture on DoorDash and that was my reason for ordering it I want to order it if it looked like this. Not cool to bait and switch. People are ordering based on what they see in the pictures.

I’ve ate at many Americas Best Wings and this place is by far the worst! The wings taste old. You can see part of the meat is still pink. Immediately after eating my stomach started bubbling. I should’ve known it wouldn’t be good when they said they make their own hot sauce.

The food was decent, but the service was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, there was no one at the counter, so we stood there waiting until an employee finally came out without acknowledging us. As I began to place my order, I asked a simple question and was met with a rushed, dismissive response and a noticeable attitude. After I paid, he dropped the receipt on the counter without a word and walked away. The lack of basic courtesy made the experience feel unwelcoming. The bathroom was also filthy.
