This is what fast food workers get paid $20 an hour to make. Nasty tacos look like they’re hours old and my sandwich was smashed. Don’t bother going to this location because they don’t know how to cook and give out fresh food.

Fries never fresh. 2 people work the entire place. Low staff. Long wait period. They have numbers 1 and 2 for waiting. Not fair to staff.

Came through the drive thru, the lady was disrespectful and kept interrupting us with an attitude. Was really hoping to get some jack in the box but I couldn’t trust eating the food that was being made. Decided to get elsewhere instead. Completely disrespectful.

The order is just a glass of water, let me wait for 7 minutes! The waiters are very laid-back! I drink iced milk tea in my hand, and I don’t make an order! There is no atmosphere!

These kids at the drive through are so horrible I’m here at 10:22 on 5/19 made me wait 4mins with no one in the drive through (assuming messing around) I’ve complained to the “manager” and she does nothing. Then he clearly charges me incorrectly for my order. I had to give him the actual total. So sad. This is the only jack n the box I have an issue with. Maybe if they hired “quality” people they wouldn’t have this issue. Also, I chose to go to McDonald’s to order the breakfast part because I don’t trust that they would make it properly because he knows I’ve complained about him before. Way to go jack n the box (loosing out on money) to a competitor

Kinda small very hidden. Parking is good no one really there. They were out of condiments. Food was okay they burnt the egg rolls but, it’s fast food. Sitting area very small

Not sure what was happening the day I went, but it was the most slowest drive thru visit I’ve ever had at a Jack in the Box on a sunday evening. So FYI if you’re in a hurry, don’t stop! I felt bad for the workers they were very nice. Maybe just short staff like many other places
