I went through the drive through. After the lady took my money she told me to pull up next to the car in front. So I did just that… pulled up “next” to the car in front of me. After 10 or so minutes. Another lady comes out and starts chewing my butt for parking next to the other vehicle. As it screws them up and maybe next time I should not do that. I told her then the one who took my money should not tell me to pull up next to the other car. I did as I was told. She proceeded to tell me that is not what she got told inside. Conversation was over… then I got to my destination to eat. I ordered the BBQ burger with the pulled pork on it. And I got a burger patty on a bun with cheese and tomato, and thats it. Luckily the other sandwich was correct that I got for my husband at work. This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks I have been in this Hardees and something was wrong with my order.

I’m really impressed with how much this restaurant has turned things around. They clearly went through a rough patch after the previous manager left, but the new general manager has done an amazing job getting everything back on track. You can feel the improvement as soon as you walk in.
The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the food was spot-on. Everything I ordered was prepared well and arrived exactly as expected. And I have to say… this place serves the best mushroom Swiss burger around. Rich, flavorful, perfectly cooked… it’s worth coming back for on its own.
It’s great to see the progress they’re making. If this is the direction they’re heading, I’m excited to return and see what’s next.

Not impressed with the person when was saying that they don’t make fresh food at 9pm. Then why brother being opened at 9pm. She said that she was the shift lead when we asked for the manger. She has a very shitty attitude with us. Not how you treat customers at all, specially when saything that we will be reaching out in the morning for the store manager then hung up on us as well. Will not be coming back ever!!! This was drive through.

With it being cold outside the warmth of the restaurant was wonderful to come into. I ordered a grilled cheese breakfast sandwich combo, which Keri suggested to me! It was great! I’ll be returning again especially after receiving the best service ever.

Jessica at the storm Lake Iowa location was absolutely amazing. I came through about 940 or so on Wednesday, October 22 was having a bad day cause it’s my brother who’s passed birthday. She put a smile on my face. She sold me taught me into the grilled cheese breakfast sandwich was just an amazing little girl and absolutely deserves the recognition.

I like the Hardee’s here. Problem is since the old manager left it feels like it lost a bit of what made it stand out.
However in my opinion Hardee’s has a good burger for fast food so I make it a usual stop.
The wraps are sub-par, its more like a taco than a wrap. Stick to the burgers.

Super star service! I couldn’t have been luckier to have Andrea S as a helper. She really made my day, especially after not eating at Hardee’s for so long. Will definitely be coming back!!

Filthy floors, dry crusty buns, employee’s standing around on phones and goofing off. Bathrooms smell worse than a cat box, garbages overflowing. I have been coming here for YEARS. Since management has changed it has gone downhill, and I will not eat here again, as I do not know if I can trust the food. Cook had huge hair uncovered by a net or hat.
