Staff is very kind and looks out for you! Just like any bar, especially if you’re a woman, be aware of your surroundings and remain vigilant/conscious of people’s intentions. A mix of lessons and free dance. Parking can be tricky but that’s with any place on the square.

Looking for a cool bar to line dance? This is it! Whether you’re a first-timer or everyone tells you that you should be on “Dancing with the Stars”, you’ll have a great time! They have dance classes in the evening and then the real party begins around 9. They seem to always have drink specials too. There’s also a couple of pool tables and plenty of TVs if you just want to mingle or watch the big game.

Great place to go line dancing. Please just do the cowboy cha cha once instead of 3 times. Doing it three times makes for way too long of a wait. No one goes to a line dancing bar to do the cowboy cha cha.

Whiskey Dix is a wonderful place to go country line dancing. It’s lots of fun and the staff is excellent. The music is a variety of both old and new songs. The crowd is friendly and ranges in age from 21 to 80. Lots of variety and great dancing! I highly recommend it!!

Free beer till 11, cheap cover charge, most mixed drinks are $6 and beers $3. Line dancing, bar, billards and darts in the front rooms. Back room has a hip hop/r&b vibe with a lot of throwback songs and small dance floor, bar and billards table as well. Usually have a lot of fun here, only downer is the bathroom stalls don’t lock so you have to hold the door closed and go to the bathroom at the same time.

Can honestly say there’s not a better bar in the city! Great atmosphere! Jeremy is the absolute best bartender I believe I’ve ever had. Made you feel very welcoming and just cut up all night!
