We had a wonderful experience at this modern Korean spot in downtown Seattle. The dishes came in smaller portions, but every plate was packed with flavor and beautifully prepared. The service was equally impressive—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Despite the portion sizes, the overall quality made the meal memorable. A great choice if you’re looking for bold flavors and excellent service in a stylish setting.

Walked in on a Saturday at 7pm and was seated immediately, no reservation. Food was very good! We also got the Duck Sot Bap which was so delicious, but the roasted bone marrow stole the show! It was by and far the best thing we had that night.
Definitely a good spot to try. They serve dishes family style, so we ordered a variety to share between the two of us and it was more than enough food.
We ordered the Soy Cured King Salmon 6/10
Roasted Bone Marrow with Chimichurri 9.5/10
Pork Jowl 7/10
And Smoked Duck Sot Bap 9/10

Korean Fusion. The Steak tartare was my favorite. Smoke duck is good too. If only I could have paired the braised short rib with plain rice, beef was so soft and tender.

A pretty nice Korean place!! The food is innovative and super flavorful. Absolutely loved their Brussels sprouts and grilled fish. Bone is slightly oily and duck rice texture is on the mushy side. However, still overall recommend this place:)

The happy hour offers excellent value, and the food was generally delicious. However, the menu is quite small, so it’s not the kind of place you’d visit frequently without quickly repeating dishes.

I was disappointed to find a 3% credit card surcharge. For a mid-to-high-tier restaurant where most tables easily spend over $100, passing this cost to the customer feels unnecessary and outdated. Even more frustrating, when we tried to pay in cash to avoid the fee, our server told us they “didn’t have change.” Effectively forcing a credit card fee by not being prepared for cash transactions is unacceptable. As a result, I adjusted my tip to 15% instead of my usual 18% to offset the hidden charge.

By the way, there is no restroom at the restaurant level, you have to ask for an access card key and take the busy slow hotel elevator to L2 for restroom.

Had a 7:00 PM Valentine’s Day reservation. Steak Sot bap was not bad. The rice salad and tartare were a bit bland.

But the service was the real letdown.
We were seated at 7:10 PM, but the rest of the night felt like a countdown. We were reminded 2 times that we had to be out by 8:30 PM. I understand the logistics of a busy Valentine’s Day, but being pressured more than twice made it impossible to actually enjoy the meal. It felt like the staff’s only goal was to ‘get us out’ as quickly as possible.

The server felt completely unenthusiastic serving us with minimal effort. We weren’t even offered a dessert menu. The check was simply dropped at the table. I had to specifically ask for dessert, which we still ironically finished with time to spare before our ‘deadline.’ If you’re looking for a relaxed dining experience where you feel welcomed, this might not be the spot. The food being a mixed bag in terms of taste, with the uncomfortable atmosphere means I likely won’t be back.

Came in to experience their modern take on Korean cuisine. Food was well executed, but Korean flavor/spices felt muted and didn’t shine through. We expect service to be ok, but our server Ella make it an exemplary experience. She was very attentive, thoughtful, and did everything with care. Despite a very busy Friday night, Ella turned a good meal into a 5-star worthy experience

Overall very average experience. The duck sot bap was okay but not outstanding, basic flavor profile. The Alaskan cod was tender, but the flavor of the sauce pretty much tasted like regular soy sauce, plus this dish apparently takes about 25 minutes to make. The caramel crème dessert was okay, but again, no real depth of flavor. The service was okay, and the ambience was average for a restaurant. Overall, average decent meal, but nothing to write home about.

Braised beef short ribs exceeds expectations! Menu said it would be a parsnip puree, but I’m really glad the chef chose to go with the butternut squash (if I remember correctly?) puree. Crispy rice salad was probably top 5 salads I’ve ever had. The persimmon’s were my favorite part

Quite good food and drinks at this hotel restaurant! We tried several of the Wagyu beef dishes and they were all tasty, with the tartare being our favorite. Aside from that, the pork sliders are excellent and the brussel sprouts are a surprising standout! The only thing I didn’t love was having to take an elevator just to get to the restroom.
