I went to the BK at 1600 High St. Millville, NJ. It was 5PM when I walked in. I intended to use my 1100 rewards points as they were about to expire..
I ordered fries and a whopper sandwich. I was given the fries and told that I could not receive the sandwich until 5:59 PM…
I was expected to sit for an hour waiting for my sandwich? That is simply ridiculous.
I asked the register-person to please return my rewards points and I would return another time.
She told me that I could not cancel my order. I asked for a manager and was told “not available. Just going to tell you no like I did.”
So I was robbed of 700 rewards points. Approximate value $10 or $12… Which isn’t the issue.
What a stupid and aggravating thing for a restaurant employee to hand someone a side order and tell them the main course won’t be ready for another hour!
And subsequently denied access to a manager… Rudely denied to put it lightly.
I won’t patronize this BK location ever again. And I will energetically encourage anyone I can to boycott this location.
…. I hope the franchise owner reads these criticisms and makes very necessary changes.

Bad attitudes. asked for my food fresh didnt get nothing fresh. repeated my order back to them multiple times and they still managed to mess my order up badly! Last week got food had hair in it &’ now this week its an issue.

This is the SECOND TIME I have literally told them to NOT ADD CHEESE on my sandwich! I literally told them 5 times earlier on the drive thru speaker thing when placing my order to NOT ADD CHEESE ON IT! The previous time I literally called them and told them about it and they gave me a free one the next time but the second time I told the driver thru worker on the speaker to add no cheese on it repeatedly! I guess I have to start checking my food whenever I leave fast food restaurants now, I live 30 minutes away from this Burger King and it’s the closest to me and it’s absolutely upsetting when I open my food up at home and to see that my order is WRONG! Because I DO NOT LIKE CHEESE ON MY BURGER!!! Whoever cooks the burgers here needs to ACTUALLY START LISTENING to how the customer wants their food! When someone wants no cheese on their sandwich, DONT ADD CHEESE!

Around 830 at night, went inside to order food from the kiosk for to go. Sat down in the first booth near the register.. order was made, employee out the bag in the warming area and left it there without calling out the name on the order. Waited for about 5 minutes, went up to the counter and a different employee asked if I had an order. Fry’s were cold and soggy. Also forgot some of my dipping sauces.

Went to Burger King after watching several commercials about Whopper Wednesday….. girl at drive thru said but we don’t do it today. I said but today is wednesday… she said I’m sorry we sell at regular price. I left!! Should be illegal for them to not honor the specials.

The experience at this BK ( Millville)was most likely the worst I have ever experienced. The food ordered ( took forever)Felt like it was made to order at first because it took forever! And then was sadly disappointed when the food finally came out. They didn’t even know how to count the chicken nuggets and the whopper which is their signature burger, was looking like it was on a fast from all the condiments it usually comes with. God forbid you ask for extra pickles that automatically tells them hold everything and send out meat and bun. The food was Luke warm and the service was slower than a three legged mule with arthritis. Looks like the place had a recent makeover on the outside. What an under sight from the management. ie: clean sock on dirty feet! Avoid at all cost!!!

Drive thru line was way too slow! It’s a fast food restaurant, which means you order, you get it fast! I waited over 4 mins for someone to say to give them a moment. I left. I ordered nothing.
