As I approached walking. A guy comes out of his car with apron on. I went inside, I was the only customer. I requested 4 crystals only, no pickle or mustard. A girl was at the grill, no apron, and one glove to handle the sliders. He didn’t wash his hands. Came with order. There was pickles inside. Sliders were not fresh just sitting in the warm section. They fixed my order,and he put the sliders in the bag with no gloves on, and before I left, the establishment is dirty. The food, parts of it were salty. I threw it away.

Krystal’s has always been a go-to place for something quick simple and the hot little squares just take you back to all kinds of memories. I remember as a kid going out to eat was a treat and Krystal’s was somewhere we went and I’ll never forget those days with my family. Our location happens to be a drive-thru only primary location but the one I grew up with had the picnic tables out front and we just loved going there after a water park or swimming in the river. I regret that I don’t know his name but our location has a manager that works the window on a normal basis and I think he is just excellent!

I ate my last Krystal today!! We purchased 12 Krystals two fries and two drinks which was 31.04. The buns were old and everything was cold. Threw everything away but the tea. It was like throwing 31 dollars out the window. Never again!!

Hadn’t had anything from Krystal in a minute and this visit was perfect. The Drive-Thru attendant was quick and courteous and the food was fresh and delicious! In spite of much higher prices than I remember from my previous (decade old) visit to Krystal- I will be back!

Food is usually good. Service depends on who is working to be honest. I love that there’s another option for late night, but I feel like y’all would get more business late night if the staff cars were parked closer to the front. I pulled through there at 2 am and it looked closed so I drove across the street. I saw a worker walk out the front while I was in the cookout drive through, that’s how I knew it was open.

I have a slight food allergy to onions but love the burgers. This location is always willing to accommodate me and cook my burgers without onions on the grill. It takes a little longer to get the food but the employees are never rude or put out by my request. I know that it’s a burden to them but none of the employees I’ve encountered have ever been rude or even huffy about it. The food is always quality and the service top notch.
