Most breakfast & brunch restaurants start with the same script: eggs, batter, coffee & a big ol’ griddle. We’ve found scripts are a lot like pancakes, they’re best when flipped, so we‚re always looking to turn the best breakfast classics upside-down & on their side. Stop by for delicious pancakes, french toast, benedicts, breakfast burritos, oatmeal, breakfast sandwiches, bacon & more! From paleo to vegetarian & vegan or dairy free & gluten free friendly, we’ll happily accommodate food allergies & diets. We want each morning to feel like your weekend & happy hour rolled into one, so our restaurants feature a full bar with alcoholic beverages. From mimosas to bloody marys, margaritas & local craft beers, we’ve got cocktails & brews covered!
Vibrant, retro chain serving a seasonal menu of creative breakfast & lunch fare, plus cocktails.

We called from home and booked a table for 6 people and were told to come by 11:30 AM. We arrived early at 11:20, but didn’t get seated until 11:50. That part was okay, we understand it can get busy. ( approximately of time)
The real problem was the table. It was way too small for 6 people honestly, it looked like a table meant for four. It felt very congested and uncomfortable. We told the front staff that it was too tight and said we were willing to wait another 10 minutes for a better table, but they said everything was fully booked and nothing could be changed. However, about 20 minutes later, we clearly saw tables opening up and no one really came to check on us or offer to move us.
Because the table was so small, we had to order food in two rounds first for three people, then again for the other three just because there wasn’t enough space.
The food itself was very good, and the staff were polite, but the overall management and maintenance were not great. The layout feels clumsy: some tables for four were used for two people, some tables for three, and overall it felt disorganized.
Also, I wasn’t sure about the rules here kids sitting at the bar counter didn’t feel appropriate, by seeing my friends kids also asked can we sit over there like that.
In summary:
✔️ Food is good
✔️ Staff are nice
❌ Seating management and space planning are poor
❌ Not well organized
With better table management and attention to guests, this place could be much better
The person who brought my food to the table asked how I was, and I told her I was freezing cold. She looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language and said do you need hot sauce or ketchup?
The machine they used to make espresso drinks was so loud, you literally will not be able to talk to the person sitting next to you at your table.
Places like this won’t be here very long. There are so many good brunch spots popping up all over Frisco and the competition is intense. I recommend literally any other place but this one.
Imagine floating into brunch land, where the air smells like pancake dreams and the coffee pours with gentle optimism—that’s basically Snooze in Frisco. The food? A sunrise in every bite. The menu gave me options that made my taste buds dance, and the ample parking made the arrival smoother than their hollandaise.
The vibes inside buzzed with energy—happy chatter, clinking mugs, and the rhythm of a weekend morning done right. Then came the bill… not exactly a snooze-worthy number, but fair enough for the quality.
Now, here’s where my sunny-side-up mood turned a little scrambled. I bought into their gift card special—spend $50, get $10—only to find out I couldn’t use my freshly-purchased card on the same visit. The manager’s response felt more “eh” than “eggs-tra helpful,” which left the experience cooling faster than an abandoned short stack.
So, while Snooze delivered brunch bliss in flavor and atmosphere, the customer service left me yawning in confusion. Will I go back? Still deciding if it’s worth waking up early for another round of this brunch paradox.
Of flavor. This was our second visit, and both times food the food and service were top tier! They also have a full bar if you want a mimosa with your meal!!! Love this place . The decor is fresh and bright and trendy! Great place to wake up!
But let’s talk about the food – because, oh my goodness! The OMG French Toast lived up to its name and then some – it was pure indulgence. And the Avocado Toast? Seriously delicious, fresh, and perfectly balanced. To top it all off, their mocktails were fantastic too – so refreshing and creative. If you’re looking for a brunch spot in Frisco with amazing food, a delightful atmosphere, and wonderful service, Snooze A.M. is a must-try!
Also ordered the Pancake Flight with Cinnamon Roll, Pineapple Upside Down, and Blueberry flavors. The cinnamon roll pancake was the only one that really hit the spot, while the others fell flat. What really sets this location apart (in a bad way) is the service. Other Snooze locations make sure your order is perfect and genuinely care about the experience, but here, there was an air of indifference, almost like they were doing you a favor by serving you. Definitely not the level of hospitality I’ve come to expect from Snooze.
Would I return? Maybe—to another location. But the Frisco spot needs to step it up.
The food is outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and creative without trying too hard. Every dish feels like it’s made with care, and everything I’ve tried has been a hit. The coffee is great, the portions are solid, and the overall experience is just consistently awesome.
If you’re looking for a breakfast or brunch spot that actually delivers on quality and service, Snooze AM Eatery is the place. Highly recommend!
