On our way home from Miami we stopped at this location on 1/26 during lunchtime. The weather was not great so drive thru only. I was nervous because we were in a 12 passenger van. That’s a big drive thru order! The gentleman taking our order though was so kind and patient. From taking our order to hand us our food. We even added extra cookout style dogs at the window to which he did so without hesitation and seemed more than happy to do so. Cookout food is always good but at this location the customer service was also amazing. I wish we lived closer so we could return to this location more often. Thank you for a great experience.

The Cookout is a southern institution. I’ve been going to a number of locations for 20+ years… Basically anytime I get south of the Ohio river somewhere within 15 minutes of a location, I stop.
Great tasting, reasonable, Excellent pricing, great service across the board… Just realize, they don’t specialize in health food.
FYI, this location is drive through/walk up only, no dine in option.

Always wanted to stop here. Definitely not what I expected. Service and staff was good the food not so much. The burger reminded me of soy burgers tbh and well u just didn’t get many fries or onion rings as well for the price. Will not be going back.

Coming from Sugar Hill, Ga. Stopped for late lunch. Was wanting to try CookOut for a while. The food was great. My wife got the grilled chicken sandwich, my son basic burger, and I got the cheddar style with bacon,thin grilled onions, and cheedar. It was awesome….the fries were great. So happy with this choice. Glad we did not go to the other guys fast food. This was better for about the same price. Lots of choices for all types.

They’ve changed the way they do their big double burgers. They’ve always been pretty thick on previous visits (at least 1/2 thick per patty), but I just ordered and ate one tonight – there were two burger patties on my sandwich, and they were each less than 1/4 inch thick. The food tasted good, but the portion was completely lacking. Go spend your money somewhere that offers better value, Cook Out ain’t it anymore.
Also, fix y’alls speaker – that poor boy at the drive through couldn’t hear us order and we don’t like having to raise our voices.

This location has some of the friendliest workers. The food is really good for the price. The banana pudding shake is a favorite here. The service is FAST. We routinely get 5+ shakes at a time and they are quick at making them. The only downfall is the dining room is closed and not sure if it will ever be open. We don’t mind. You can also order at the walk up window.

Absolutely disgusting! I ordered a Big Double Burger Tray with onion rings and cheese bites. I got my food, and my burger only had one patty on it. They only gave me two onion rings and four cheese bites. On top of that, I had to wait 20 minutes in line. When I got to the window, they already had my food sitting there with my drinks. One person was taking an order, and two others were just standing there. I won’t ever be back.

5 stars based on being great fast food. Yes I’ve had a better burger but the combo of taste, fast and super friendly service makes it 5 stars to me. Please keep hiring the great staff and reward the ones you have now.

The smells of bbq and fried food float through the air. The food was good. I had a corn dog that was extra done on the end, crispy just the way I like it. The onion rings are alright but on the soggy side. They have a large selection of milkshakes, but they are more like ice cream, very thick I had to use a spoon for most of it.
I was disappointed that you can not go inside, so be prepared to not use a bathroom here. They have a walk up window but no one was working that part. I had to go through the drive thru. After getting my food and parking in a spot to eat I realized I didn’t have sauce. I had to walk up to the drive thru window to ask for more. This seems like poor planning on cook out.

Asked for Huge drinks, received Mediums. Dining Room was “temporarily closed”. Really wanted to sit in and dine. Actually debated about getting anything from there. The condiments on the cheeseburger were sparingly. Not many onion rings…maybe 5. Not going back there again.
