I placed an online order to be picked up at 6:30pm on a Thursday. I arrived on time to find the doors locked, no lights on, no cars in parking lot. Nothing happening. Hope they refund the money they just cheated from me!
Update: I was able to get my bank to reverse the charge a few weeks later. The 1-star review still stands. They could do better than this.

I like this addition to the Tahlequah area. The staff tends to be friendly and serviceable. And they’re quick about getting your food to you. I give atmosphere 1 star because… well, the seating area is an outdoor dining experience, which is not ideal if it’s particularly cold or wet outside. Otherwise, I’d say you should eat here.

Family that Love’s Schlotzky’s!
People and service were great! The food is ok at best here. The price is a bit pricey for the quality of food. Pizza and sandwich were ok. The tea tasted like coffee so there was also that. I just think for over $30.00 I would of enjoyed something in the food since it’s what I was paying for. If not for the friendliness at the drive thru I’d of left 1 star.

When Schlotsky’s opened in Tahlequah and we were so excited to try it! After looking at the menu, it’s hard to find something without dairy. All the bread has dairy except the flatbread used to make the pizza. Last Wednesday we arrived in the middle of the afternoon. The nice young man at the window helped me figure out what I could get without dairy and cheese, and the rest of the crew got involved even to the point that they brought it to our car.
I had a chicken sandwich on cooked pizza crust with lettuce, avocado, and tomatoes. It was fabulous! I wanted something different, and it was so enjoyable. All the employees were so kind, the chicken was seasoned perfectly, and the vegetables were fresh and crisp. Thank you Tahlequah Schlotzsky’s!

On 10/31/22 I went to schlotzsky’s and I am a huge fan and was utterly disappointed when my entire order was jacked up I got 1/2 of someone else’s order and I’m allergic to onions and mine was covered in onions and it was on the receipt no onions!!! Well I called up there and management told me they would correct it well Joe and Alaina are amazing I’m am a super fan of schlotzsky’s of Tahlequah I’m leaving this review as of 11/10/22 my order was on point thank you Joe !!! Y’all rock!!!!!

When Schlotzsky’s first opened in Tahlequah, the first calzone for me was addictive! Then I went back the following week and they cheated me on barbeque sauce and cheese. A month later, today, I gave them another try and what a waste of money! They got my order of a calzone messed up with a pizza. They explained that calzone was just a pizza folded over and offered to put extra chicken on the pizza. I accepted with a little protest that calzone is not the same as a pizza. Even their pizza was lousy, lack of cheese and onions and barbeque sauce. ( I was prepared for the bbq sauce because I asked for extra on the side.) The bread/crust was cold. So disappointed and won’t be going back. I’ll learn how to make my own, but better!!! Such a shame because Tahlequah is a good city to do well but not if you are going to cheat your customers!!! (Sorry, I didn’t want to give any stars but wouldn’t allow me to post unless I did.)

5.50 for a bowl of soup. Both soup cups were barely half full and luke warm. Then (the MANAGER) proceeded to tell me “that’s how it comes”. (Half full)
Translation: “We charge 5.50 for a bowl of soup but only fill the bowl half full.” Does this guy even hear himself?
I will continue my weekly drive to Broken Arrow Schlotzsky’s. Hope you guys can get it together soon.
