Lovely intimate cocktail bar with unique and interesting drinks. We tried a variety of on and off the menu cocktails and would definitely come back. We got there just as they opened and had the opportunity to chat with the friendly bartenders and meet some of the locals/regulars as they came in. It also seems like they’re going to try and partner with a taco truck or other food trucks in the future, but they’re still working out the logistics of those arrangements. I’ll be excited to see what comes from it.
Surprisingly my two favorites were the off-menu cocktail and the Junglebird. The Gin drink was almost like a creamy Paloma, which was crazy! It must have been the botanical notes of the gin mixing with the coconut milk in a unique way! The junglebird was just delicious. No notes on that one.
I’ll be coming back soon. I love that this little neighborhood has a few hidden gems.

From the second we sat down the owner, Chris, was amazing. He was welcoming, his drinks were awesome, and the vibe in this place is really cool. I don’t drink and really enjoyed the Agua Fresca, and my wife had an old fashioned she said was delicious. I highly recommend this bar for a relaxed date night or a before/after dinner cocktail. We look forward to going back!

Small, one-room bar with a southwestern theme. Beautiful neon light illumination from above. Good drinks that incorporate agave spirits into classic drink profiles. I appreciate what they’re trying to do and think that they could be even more successful by branching out beyond their southwestern niche.

Over a week ago I took myself out for a cocktail at Sagebrush. I loved the vibrant yet soft vibe of the place. I didn’t recognize any of the music playing, but liked it so much that I gained a new artist to follow. The bartenders were subdued, yet engaging and were all the company I needed. They made a little small talk with me & offered me a taste of a cocktail that I didn’t order but knew I was torn between that & the choice I had already made. I want to return back soon whether it be on a date or with a friend.

Sagebrush has quickly become a favorite place for my wife and I when going out! The overall vibe of the bar is hard to beat between the large bar and beautiful overhead lights. You can see the attention to detail the owners took when building out the space!
We’ve tried nearly every drink on the menu and they have all been great! I appreciate the time spent on the menu and the subtle tweaks to drinks to continue to improve them. I’m NOT a mezcal lover but their drink “For The Sun” balances the flavors perfectly and has become the first mezcal drink I really enjoy!

I’m hesitant to give this place too good a review ’cause I don’t want it to lose its neighborhood watering hole charm — but it rocks. The vibe is minimalist retro-futurism with a touch of liminal cool. The cocktails are excellent — unique, balanced, and tasty. Definitely recommend!
