I ordered the Classic on a Gluten Free Bun combo with sea salt fries and a 1/2 & 1/2 tea. The burger was delicious, the fries were great and the tea was just right.

The best thing about this place is the service! Fast, friendly and respectful! The atmosphere is decent, but the music is a bit to loud. You can’t talk over it. The chairs are uncomfortable made for children, not grown men or women.

Now let’s get into the food. The spice is decent, but the quality of the meat is the lowest grade and insanely overcooked. Tough as an old boot would be a great description.

I won’t be eating here again.

(This is only my one time experience) Came in town, wanting a great burger, did a search, many results said QueenBurger is the spot. Parking was a little difficult due to construction and location. Place was busy, the staff was great.

Burgers were cooked to order, two Classics, the burgers were overcooked, not juicy, barely any cheese and the taste was not great. Also the fire roasted tomatoes werent great either. The reviews were good but not good food last night. Based on my experience I would not go back, maybe it was an off night. The tator tots were good but again the Burger experience was not good at all. I guess you need to go for yourself.

Update: The cheesy tater tots with the fires spice was delicious. The cheese is creamy and smooth and the perfect ratio of cheese and tater tots. The PBJ burger is absolutely amazing and delicious. The perfect blend of peanut butter and strawberry bacon jelly. The new strawberry passionfruit slushy margarita was so good and who created this drink is a god send. Branwen and Janiyah were helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Queen burger if you want to have an amazing smash burger.

The Carolina Slaw burger is amazing. The chili and slaw are made in house and they are delicious! The fried pickles are thick and crispy and amazing. The spicy ranch sauce was also delicious and made in house. The staff are friendly.

The Veggie Burger is delicious. It has a really good texture and nice flavor.

QueenBurger has been on my list for a while and I kept forgetting about it. Made it this evening before a DPAC show. The inside is small but a decent amount of seating even at the bar. There is a decent amount of outside seating, which we enjoyed. The menu is short, but it allows them to make those items really well. I got the PBJ burger… branch out. Surprisingly delicious with a hint of peanut butter flavor and good strawberry bacon jam. The fries like string fries – thin and cooked just at crunchy. The tater tots were good as well. Enjoyed the spicy seasoning as well. I willbe back to get a homemade ice cream sandwich. You should try it too.

The historic brick bones of this old tobacco warehouse now house a burger joint painted in electric purple and teal, the kind of color scheme that shouldn’t work but does. Natural light pours through the massive industrial windows, catching the string lights overhead and making everything photograph real good.

The Brasstown grass-fed beef is the real story. Smashed thin on a screaming-hot flat top, each patty develops those lacy, shattered edges that crackle when you bite through. But they push the technique hard; the beef is smashed so thin and cooked so long it takes on an almost leathery chew, more tough jerky than juicy in places. The cheese fuses to the meat, and their orange sauce (tangy, with a little heat) pools generously on the butcher paper below. Still a two-napkin burger, still satisfying; just know you’re getting crispy over succulent.

Eight minutes from order to table for grass-fed beef is genuinely impressive. The industrial fans move serious air through the space, and the R&B playlist runs louder than conversation-friendly, but that feels intentional. They want you fed and happy, not lingering.

If you’re at American Tobacco and want a burger that punches above its fast-casual weight class, this is the move. Just ask them to go easier on the smash if you like a little pink in the middle.

Classic burger was okay. I didn’t like the sauce they put on it. It tasted very mustard-ish. The skinny fries were really good tho. The fountain drinks were kind of bland.

Tried the melt ,fries and fried pickles
Order took 30 min to make bit negative there
The melt was delicious but had too much mayo in my opinion
The fries are so thin and tasty
Pickle chips are coined battered pickles. Good. Get soggy with time but tasty

I tried this place out yesterday. It was kind of a hassle to get there because the road was blocked off and there was no parking close by, so I had to park down the street and walk all the way over. It was cold out, so that wasn’t ideal.

I ordered a spicy burger with tater tots and completely forgot to order a drink. While I was waiting for my food, I realized that the combo was the same price I paid for just the burger and tater tots. I thought it would have been nice if they mentioned that or asked if I wanted a drink, but it’s not a huge deal.

As for the food, the tater tots were the best part. They were well seasoned and pretty good. Unfortunately, the burger was way over seasoned. It tasted like someone was seasoning it, the lid fell off, and they just decided more flavor couldn’t hurt and kept going. Overall, it was probably the worst burger I’ve had in a while.

Well flavored and seasoned smash burgers in a fun, clean, modern, atmosphere.

Very fast and flavorful! The seasoned tots were amazing!

Plenty of indoor seating. Wheelchair accessible, clean bathrooms with a changing table.

Parking on the street is usually easy.

Perfect stop before or after the Bulls game!
