I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering online for delivery. Believe the reviews. They’re right. Avoid ordering from this location. My pizza arrived cold. I asked for extra pepperonis and it’s stated in my receipt , yet they gave the bare minimum. There’s hardly any sauce on this pie. It’s dry, thin & stale. By far the worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life. Last I remembered, the pies in Pizza Hut were made fluffy and crunchy. This was literally paper thin & not to mention, who the hell thought it was smart to throw the receipt INSIDE the pizza box??!?! Inside the pizza box where the food is secured?!?! That’s a safety concern. Applying recipes paper that’s usually covered in dust and finding it in a pizza box where the pizza is practically contaminating the food with germs and god knows what else.

I just bought a pizza from there today and asked for extra sauce they gave me no sauce on the pizza at all . They overcooked the pizza. My pizza crust was hard as a rock and I can fold it and it’ll snap in half, and it was cold. Terrible !!! I will NEVER order from here again!!!

First they forgot our drink and we called back and they gave us a credit for it so that was fine. Then took a bite out of our pizza to discover it was covered in BBQ sauce instead of marinara sauce. So we called back again and very rudely, a woman named “Molly” or “Emoli” (couldn’t really understand her), accused us of lying and pretty much told us to deal with it and that she wouldn’t do anything. Phone call took place between 7:50-8:05PM October 31st.

My daughter was lied to by the manager and was told that in order to purchase the $2 personal pizzas one must purchase something else in order for the deal to be valid. I even showed her what it stated online and then she said that when there is a shortage on pizza dough that there deals change. I went to Pizza Hut in Clifton to get this clarified. Never going to Passaic’s location ever again

When paying $8 for a single order of cheese sticks, why skimp on the cheese? Look at how little cheese is on the outer two sticks. They’ll sell you a whole pizza with toppings for less money than this. Are they forced to skimp on the cheese breadsticks in order to fund the pizza deals? I am tired of being disappointed with what used to be a favorite menu item for my family. Also, the side sauce portions have gotten smaller, and now represent an inadequate size.
