The location is a bit tucked away from the highway..I wasn’t feeling great and ended up ordering the Medicine Ball tea — worked like a mini rescue mission. I absolutely love grabbing coffee at this Starbucks! I’ve gotten to know the staff over the past year, and they are all so sweet. Leah usually works the carry out line, she knows my order and always makes it perfectly. The manager, Kristen, is such a breath of fresh air! I always love coming here but today I had an especially great experience with Yomalys and Justin. They were so sweet and had such kind personalities even while being busy and still efficient. They got my order filled so fast (I came in looking for my mobile order that I actually forgot to order LOL) and with smiles on their faces and tried to help me find my order even though I never actually had a mobile order. Awesome people and the place is obviously ran well! I can’t wait to come back!

Ordered a Matcha through the drive through window. Took a sip of it, and the green powder was not mixed, it was chunky and tasted so bad. Went inside to get another one. Staff was not very nice. The other one was barely any better.

Waited 20 min on 1 coffee that was a mobile order. Now running behind for a meeting I walked up to the counter kindly requesting a refund and was met with a condescending attitude from the manager, Ashley and her helping right hand KB. yet again, I have been disappointed with this location. If a Starbucks fan, I would recommend going out of your way to a different location to save yourself a hassle and a bad start to your morning.

i usually come here cause it’s right by my job and they usually give great service and always get my order right, but today i was extremely disappointed, i asked for the cookie crumble croissant and got a chocolate croissant, then i asked for a dino chocolate mocha, ive had it before, but today it taste like straight syrup.
