Unlimited peanut. Pleasant service even though it was a solo shift for her(they need more staff) . Ample of tables for dine in. Clean restroom. Lots of parking. Credit/debit card accepted. High chair and koala kare seen. See images for reference.

Unbelievably slow service. I ordered online and my food was not given to me until nearly 45 minutes after I ordered. It was not a busy night. My burgers sat cooling off for more than 20 minutes while they “waited for fries” yet no one was putting fries in the fryer and the girl working the pick up counter did almost nothing. I finally got my food, the burgers were cold and the fries were hot but not the usual five guys quantity. A very disappointing experience with a shop that usually runs smoothly.

You guys stopped giving fries. Large fries is on par with a medium fry anywhere else. Small fries is literally like 25 fries – half of what other places give for small bag.

We ordered a burger and a fry from here to be delivered. The burger was fine besides the fact that it missing BBQs on the burger, but the fries were not editable. We ordered a small Cajun fry and the fries were over loaded with Cajun seasoning. To be honest it looks like the shake lid probably fell off because the amount of Cajun on these fries was ridiculous. It was Cajun within the bag, cup and on the fries. The fries had large lumps on Cajun seasoning onto of the fries. Between the amount of salt and the amount of Cajun on these fries we couldn’t eat this. Gross

Echo the other comment about the fries quantity. You get about a third of the amount they used to give for fries when ordering a large. The high price tag used go be justifiable when they used to fill up the bag with fries. Now it just feels like you’re getting robbed. Very disappointing

Got hot dogs. Cheese and bacon. Very nice. Good variety of add ons like grilled mushrooms. Tasty. Slightly long wait so hint is to order online and come 10 min later, you will be right on time. Great with parking as at mall plaza.

Just ordered fries online and picked up in store. The quantity of fries (I ordered a large for reference) was not in line with expectations and previous experiences. The man servicing barely filled the actual pouch and then barely tossed any more in the bag. For nearly $10 (with tip) this was hugely disappointing.
