Ordered 2 Strombolis with Pepperoni, Sausage&mushrooms and it was undercooked, very doughy and Not Hot. Neither was wrapped in foil. Spoke with the manager and she said they were told they didn’t have to wrap them and they were sent thru the oven. Did not apologize, did not offer a refund, even after I told her I was not happy and I did not want them! Horrible customer service! I order the exact same thing from the Roscoe location almost every Friday and they are always exceptional (which I also told the manager). I will never order from this location again!
The delivery driver also told me that there was no delivery fee on the charge so I tipped him another $5. After putting on my glasses (58 yrs old), the $4 delivery fee was included on the receipt.

If I could give you guys Half a star I would I place my order at 645 I didn’t get into 8 o’clock. Food was cold. Driver forgot my drinks. I paid thirty over thirty dollars for this order i’m Unhappy about all this. I’ll call the store and they tell me. Oh sorry, no, fix it, make it right. Make sure the food comes out hot and things aren’t missing from the order

We order weekly and yet when I called them they forgot parts of our order I was told “there’s nothing we can do about that” by the lady on the phone.
Very dissapointed in the lack of appreciation for all the money we spend here and lack of caring that they charged us for things we didn’t receive.

Updated review as of 2023 since my initial review was 7 years old and no longer appicable. We hadn’t ordered for some time based on those past experiences, but order at least once a month now. The shop has always been clean whenever you go in to pick up an order. While I prefer online ordering, if it is down, the employees who have answered the phone have been very pleasant. And the gentleman who delivers (I believe he has white or gray hair in a ponytail and a beard) is so friendly! If you haven’t tried them recently due to past negative reviews, please consider giving them another shot.

I live in Belle Vernon/Rostraver and I always choose the broad Ave location. Service and delivery are always good. Drivers have even taken my mom her food to the living room when I’m late! (she doesn’t walk) Definitely my fav!!

I was surprised to see the survey score so low as I always have such amazing service here! The pizza is absolutely fantastic and it’s done pretty quick! So much flavor!!! It is street parking so just keep that in mind when you go to pick the food up if you order out. The inside is very clean and very nice and the workers are pretty helpful! Definitely worth stoppin here

I’d give this place a negative rating if I could. The lady making the food had open sores all over her arms and face kinda like she had chicken-pox. She had nothing covering the open wounds up and she was making food! This is disgusting and a health violation! On top of that, the man who worked behind the counter was very rude.
