I had a great experience at Teriyaki Madness. The service was fast and friendly, and the staff made sure everything went smoothly. The food was fresh and flavorful, definitely a step above your average quick spot. The place was also clean and well-kept, which shows they take responsibility for their space and customers. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I ordered food for takeout. The app was easy to use. My food was ready at the time I requested. I was greeted when I arrived and my food was hot. I really enjoy the chicken bowl and chicken potstickers. It appears they have vegetarian options available for those who prefer that. I also feel they have a good rewards program.

It’s amazing what you can do with a relatively short menu and turn it into a growing sensation. The teriyaki chicken here is the bomb!
With some similarity to the likes of such competitors as Panda or Cajun Grill in the mall, TM definitely comes out on top as far as taste and that teriyaki sauce is boss!
Clean dining area, still reasonable prices despite the madness roughly the last 4 years and friendly customer service servin’ up delicious Asian fare.
I hope this chain continues to expand and continue sprouting all over the country. I’m getting hungry thinking about my next trip there just typing this!

Surprisingly very good food we got the spicy chicken teriyaki with white rice. I was surprised with all the seating they had in there it was very nice. Manager came out and asked us how our food was thought that was a nice touch

I love this place. I had spicy chicken teriyaki bowl. A big bowl full of veggies, rice, and chicken. It tasted really good. My sister really likes it too. Definitely will be going there often.

While the teriyaki sauce is good and gluten free (near impossible to find), we were disappointed with our visit. The vegetables were both mushy and barely cooked somehow. The meat was ok, but the beef had a ton of chewy, tough bits. The cost for what we got just wasn’t a good exchange. It seems ridiculous that if you want sautéed vegetables you have to pay extra.

DO NOT Order from here! I had the Worst restaurant experience in at least 25 years. My order was wrong and they refused to make things right. They would not replace my food and would not give me a refund. I was also gaslighted by the clerk. Go anywhere else even if you like the food. I wish I could give them zero stars like they deserve. Easily the worst customer service experience I’ve had in decades. This place is absolutely awful. I left the food with them and had to get dinner elsewhere.

Work lunch at TM was great! Sooo let me get into it!
The food at Teriyaki Madness was great the quality was defiantly worth every bit. Everything tasted so fresh and the veggies still had a bite to them and were not over cooked. The service was great as the person taking my order was very patient and helped my friend understand the menu. The atmosphere was alright only down side was that the flow on the right side near the restroom was very slippery. Overall, I would say TM is a great spot for a well crafted meal.
