I usually don’t do many reviews but this was just crazy to me. I placed a order to go at 4:51 pm i was told the order would be ready in 10 to 15 mins. I walked out with my food at 5:31.. 40 mins waiting for my food. I heard just waiting on a potato 3 times for my order from the kitchen staff while my other food just sat there. The what im guessing is the manager in duty walks over to the door and proceed to yell out in front of my husband at an employee walking in about how his shift was 4to 7 not 5to 8. Then walked by my numerous times just drinking a soda and never acknowledged me there or me waiting obviously getting annoyed. Then goes to argue w the employee right in front of me. I normally have no issues at this location what so ever. I love yhe food. But this was just to much for me tonight and I didnt appreciate it at all!

Im highly allergic to tomatoes so I carry an epipen with me. Everytime I come here i tell them about my allergy but they always bring me tomatoes. If you have allergies eat here at your own risk. They do not read tickets in kitchen.

Food is always fresh and hot. You will probably have to wait to get a burger but it is definitely worth it. I have eaten here a few times and will to continue to stop when I am in town. I ordered a Jr CB tonight (see photos) and I was full after eating it. Love the homemade fries, no ketchup needed. I have had the homemade onion rings in the past and wasn’t;t disappointed with them either. The man at the drive thru was very friendly and polite. I wish that I believe that his name was Daniel. Highly Recommend this place.

First time trying breakfast at Jucys. The Chicken and Waffles was great Waffles were very crispy and the chicken strips were great. Pancakes were excellent and wife said the breakfast scramble was very good. She said the brunch fries were excellent and very well seasoned. We love Jucys burgers and fries, chicken fried chicken and steak. But the breakfast is great also.

What an great experience. Stopped in for the first time for a late lunch with my son. We were met with a smile and pleasant hello from the young lady behind the counter. I ordered their Patty Melt and onion rings. The Patty Melt was the best I ever had and onion rings were great also. The food came out hot and you could definitely taste the fresh ingredients that where used. The dining room was nice, clean and had big screen TV’s playing sports(Sunday afternoon). You can tell this is a great place to eat by the steady stream of people walking in. Definitely will be back.

They have some of the best onion rings we have ever eaten. I had the small cheeseburger. It was very good. My husband got the hamburger steak. He liked it. My son got the chicken fried steak and said it was good.

Every Jucy’s I’ve been to is consistently fantastic. The burgers are always fresh made and made to order. The service is usually very prompt. The onion rings are completely homemade and very tasty and delicious. I prefer tater tots and they are always cooked to perfection. The complimentary beans are very tasty. They have just the right amount of seasoning and a little bite to them. If you have not tried this place, I highly recommend it. Best homemade burgers around in my opinion.

We ordered a hamburger steak dinner, got home had no french fries in one, we didn’t get our salads. I called the manager and the manager said he would refund one of the dinners because we would have to drive back to town. Get what we didn’t get. I said it wasn’t worth the gas very disappointed

I’ve only been to this exact Jucy’s two times now. The first time I went, I chose to dine in. I got the Chipotle Avocado chicken sandwich. After I got my food the sandwich was missing things I had specifically asked for. I didn’t want to make a big fuss over it so of course I ate it as it was, the sandwich was great!! However, I decided to go through the drive through tonight. 1/3/25. There was only one vehicle in front of me. I ordered my food at about 8:20pm. I sat in line behind one vehicle up until 9:01pm when I paid. I had ordered the Hamburger all the veggies, mayo, mus, & ketchup. After I paid for my order, I waited for another 5 minutes before I received my food. The young woman at the window did apologize for the wait. I do understand how they could’ve been a little busy. The one thing that really irritated me was the fact that I received nothing I asked for on my Hamburger, I barely got Mayo. I had to wait in line for the amount of time I did & could not even get what I simply asked for!! I will not come back & spend my money here if I can’t get a decent looking sandwich/burger.

I go here for breakfast sometimes. There are mornings that I am the only car in the whole place and I still have to wait for a bacon biscuit…and it isn’t fresh, so I don’t understand. I still go but not as often as I did. I like to go because they are good, or at least they are on Saturdays and Sundays, but not for breakfast or lunch during the week. It is kind of ridiculous for the wait time especially if you are the only customer.
