One afternoon my husband and I came to eat Chinese buffet and was excited to visit a new place. Broccoli chicken and hot and sour soup are my favorite items. The parking lot was mainly empty and we was the first in the door for a minute. Drinks i ordered was water with lemon and starry. The dogs machine has been turned down so much that even when switched to Pepsi it still was only colored water. From our table it looked like only half the steam table worked. We should had left when the drinks kept coming wrong. Instead we was eager to taste some Chinese food and an all you can eat buffet. There was no soup offered. The chicken for sweet and sour chicken was hot, and dry. The fried dumplings were hard all over. The steamed dumplings had been there so long they left parts behind when picked up. The crab ragoon had a funny smell. That was the first sample plate that i tried to eat and wasn’t impressed. By this time some kids came in and then a family of three. I stood and took some noodles as well as some chicken broccoli. ( there was no chicken, only cold hard broccoli). My husband got the pork and mushroom, which had a smell to it, and u chose the peanut chicken. Noodles were wet but very cold, i even took from the bottom, however, the chicken was hot and the mushrooms were hot. I didn’t even eat the noodles and the chicken was like rubber peanut butter. I should had flagged my waiters down and complained but she never even came back to the table after the drink fiasco. I watched my husband tear up two pieces of teriyaki chicken so i went to help myself. The stick slid out with a small yank and i sank my teeth into mediocre leather that was fried in last months oil vat. I’m so angry at this point. The dessert was the usually tiramisu and strawberry shortcake that the top layer was so old from sitting it wouldn’t come off the fork and the cake was dry. Before i got a chance to tell my waitress she had dropped off the bill and literally ran away. I met her at the checkout and told her everything that was wrong with dinner. She was appalled and got the manager. When explaining to the manager what had happened the only thing he could say was i had to pay for my dinner because of the plates on my table. I told him the plates were full of the food i had tried to eat and give them the benefit of the doubt. And he shook his head and said no.
So i hope i do not end up ill from eating the food. I will not recommend my friends or family to go eat there. We actually ended up in Cecil at a wonderful bar where non alcoholic drinks were delicious and the wing basket was less than 10 dollars! And it was fresh, hot, and delicious.

Not really bad, but not really good. The selection was good with all the typical Chinese buffet dishes. Lots of variety.
Some of the food had a stale taste: not like it was dangerously old, but just kind of stale.
They did have real ice cream that was good and firm, not melted. Chocolate and vanilla. Good!
Anyway,we were happy to find a Chinese buffet in Shawano, Wisconsin. Open Sunday. $15.00 per person. Cash.

Went to Emperors last night and the food was absolutely horrible. The fried shrimp was not deveined. The chicken wings tasted old and freezer burnt and the egg drop soup, you would be better off making it yourself. This place has seriously gone down hill over the years and is not worth the money.

Good food/Great Service. We are not locals and learned about it by Google Maps by typing in Chinese Buffet in the search. We were there on an off peak time (4:30 pm).
Every worker had a defined role. One person was cleaning the windows outside the building. Another was meticulously wiping down EVERYTHING on each table (table/salt/pepper/soy sauce/napkin dispenser). A third worker was talking over a microphone with kitchen staff regarding restocking buffet items and also directing incoming customers and handling the cash register.
You can look at the pictures I posted of the well stocked buffet that tasted good.
The one “weird” thing about the food arrangement was that the white rice was located along a back wall next to the soups (opposite wall) away from the buffet warmer foods. It seemed very out of place if you would like to place food over your white rice.
Service was good as we were provided refills (4) and dishes removed (2) on several occasions.

Went there in summer of 2025, it was 12.95 per person.
Called in fall of 2025. Was told 39.95 per person over the phone. Made them repeat it 3 times.
Called Jan 2026, was told. 13.95.
Think they just Charge what they want to Charge. We will no longer be eating here.

The worst asian Chinese buffet I’ve ever seen. Stay away. Maybe 5-7 dishes actually were asian, all were terrible. Its basically an American food buffet with a couple noodle & chicken Chinese dishes and they are low quality and terrible.

I have been here many times. Food usually good. Today as I was eating my rice I found a spiraled metal fragment in it. I informed the staff and nobody apologized or seemed concerned about the foreign object in my food. After this happened I lost my appetite and they still charged me full price. Please take small bits when eating here.

We were there a couple years ago. The food was better then. The sushi was old looking and not good. The grill was not open. We went after 700pm, not sure if that was the reason. We won’t be going back. Workers were talking very loud back and forth.

We got on a week day before 2pm, we finished eating but stayed chatting with my parents and because we went to pay around 3:20 they charged us the “nite price”. The excuse of the girl was that it was passed 3pm it didn’t matter that we arrived and ate before that hour.
They never gave us the paper with the amount to pay like they usually do.
Super bad customer service experience.
