Just had a pickup order for the brown sugar sandwich. I got it home and took it out of the box. The bacon was old cold and seemed like it was sitting for 4 or 5 hours
The bun was dried out and hard. WRONG BUN TOO. Shame on that person thinking that’s acceptable to serve this. (Manager to boot also)I will not be back to this location. Also walking in to this place to pick up the order my shoes stuck to the floors as they were sticky and seem like they weren’t cleaned for a few days. At least it was 50% off and I didn’t pay almost $7 for this sandwich sad part is I love Arby’s however I will question going forward. STILL A WASTE OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY TODAY.

I asked to add pickles and not onlt did they not add pickles they didn’t put tomatoes on it either and that comes with the sandwich I ordered and the fries tasted like they just came out of the freezer

Did an online order. Go to pick it up. Someone already picked it up camera through drive thru. Bull crap. No one is going to know my last name to pick up. Its very uncommon. Then says we can remake it up but it will be 10 minutes. 15 minutes later. Tried to talk to manager and it was same person trying someone came through drive thru. I will NEVER go to this location again and I suggest everyone else avoid this location as well.

I always order my roast beef sandwiches with two bottom buns because I cannot have the seats the manager gave me one bottom bun with roast beef on it and a box two of them made that way I went up to ask them where my top bun was and she gave me a hard time giving me to have fun I asked for she kept arguing with me yes that’s the way you ordered it no I said a roast beef with two bottom buns cuz I don’t like sweet buns I want the regular ones cuz I cannot have the seeds and it was hell getting her to fix it by then my fries were cold my fiance done got done eating and I was like I’m done I just want to eat

Tried again. For $10 could the roast beef be hot? Barely warm and I came in on Saturday about 1pm not a lot of traffic in or drive thru. Zero excuses folks.
