A hidden gem! The service is excellent, the food fresh. The soda properly mixed and carbonated. I stop here on my way to work and I’m never surprised or disappointed with the food or soda quality. I can’t say the same for the jack n the box on beach and Ellis. This Del Taco earned my business, hopefully putting that jntb franchise out.

You know I have to say, it doesn’t matter what day part I arrive when coming to enjoy a great meal this De taco and their team always exceed my expectations, what I can genuinely taste in their food is that they are happy, the food hits different when staff is… I can go to any de taco and purchase a signature item but that doesn’t always guarantee the freshness the appearance of the food and restaurant and Most importantly the way the overall dining experience. ✔️ Breakfast all day & the hash browns are always good!!!
✔️ Incredible iced coffee – small is $1 and tastes good without any creamers!
✔️ The employees are very positive, professional & I can’t recall a messed up order after eating there for over 10 years.
✔️ It is clean, food is actually very good for fast food.
✔️ MY FAV’s = Iced Coffee, Mini Chocolate Shakes, Chipolte Chicken Rollers, Hash Browns, Chipolte Breakfast Taco (ALL $1)
TIP: I get 2 small iced coffees which is actually a better deal then the single LARGE iced coffee. Where else can you get a decent iced coffee that actually tastes good for $1?!?

I enjoy going to Del Taco because the food is fast, warm, and very tasty. This Del Taco is no exception.
You okay I only had two concerns one was that the place closed down at 9 inside and they’re drive-thru was only open till 10. while I was sitting eating my meal, there was three people who tried to get in before 9. That seems exceptionally early to me to close a fast food restaurant. I don’t know if it’s this particular restaurant that’s doing that or if they all.
When I go there again? Yes I would. The unfortunate thing is knowing how early they close and knowing my lifestyle, I don’t know how many more times I will visit. I’m used to going to a fast food restaurant that’s open till at least 11 p.m. because I like to take my computer to write for a while.

It’s Christmas Eve, and when I asked for a medium soda, the male at the drive thru speaker decided that it was a good idea to argue that they don’t have medium soda, only regular soda. It was so stupid to me that instead of trying to make him understand that when customers ask for medium soda, they mean regular because it’s the same thing, I dropped the subject and cried out the anger in my car after I left. I would not let a man who reminds me of my ex-husband see me cry. I’ve been a long-time Del Taco customer, and not once has anyone argued with me over something so stupid anywhere. Not even my ex, and He is pretty high on the stupid scale.
I have 4 years of experience working in food service, 2 of those years as a manager, and over 20 years in customer service. If were his supervisor, he’d definitely hear a piece of my mind and I would suggest that he thinks about changing careers because he obviously is not well versed in what it means to provide good customer service. Whoever is his manager needs to either give him additional training on customer service. You don’t argue with customers about petty stuff. That’s not good customer service.
I feel like going back there is visiting my ex now, but I decided that from now on, I will just not order soda at this location. I can afford to go without a drink and drink something when I get to my destination.
