Store is dirty fries are always sitting on the counter so they’re always cold. Bone in chicken tastes like it gets reheated instead of being made fresh. Keypad for card payments is sticky and nasty they probably never get cleaned. Got spoiled ranch the last time I went. Can never just walk in and place an order always told I have to order online only. Will not be returning to this location.

I’ve tried the boneless wings and chicken strips, the garlic Parmesan flavor and also the lemon pepper and those are amazing. The fries are out of this world. The only thing I didn’t like was the seasoning they loaded on them it has sugar in the seasoning and made it way too sweet and there was clumps of it on the fries so next time I will definitely say NO seasoning on my fries but overall good food. I’ll go back. Any wing spot you have to learn how to order to get a feel on how they cook they’re food.

My order was slow as molasses, service was alright, employees were kind of ambivalent and one customer was in the back of the store had something playing on his phone so loud you could easily hear it up front.

Bad service!!! They don’t care how they treat their customers and the manager sucks!! I placed three orders and only received two and was told I ate my food so they can’t remake it over. I brought everything in the order back including drinks!! I was told I can’t talk to the district manager and I can’t have corporate’s number and on top of that my refund will take 10 business days!!! Never will be back only to make sure I receive my money!!!

When I get food from here the food is always great, but the most recent time I ordered it took two hours and I ended up having to cancel my DoorDash order because me and my boyfriend were so hungry. I’m not sure if it was an issue with the restaurant or the dasher but that definitely wasn’t great.
