middle Eastern/Indian guy consistently forgets to add the seasoning on the crust. The cuts of slices are mostly uneven. Solid 2 inches of unseasoned crust around entire pizza. Spread the toppings around!

I placed an order through the Domino’s app and it was accepted at 1:40 PM, so I expected a normal delivery timeframe. Unfortunately, the pizza didn’t arrive until 3:30 PM — nearly 2 hours later. That kind of delay is completely unacceptable, especially when there were no updates or clear communication about the status of the order.
I tried calling the store multiple times to get an update, but my calls were never properly answered. They would pick up the phone and immediately hang up, which was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
To make matters worse, the pizza arrived cold and the cheese was already hard, which made it obvious it had been sitting for a long time before delivery. It definitely did not taste fresh, and the overall quality was very disappointing.
I understand that delays can happen, but this was far beyond reasonable, and the lack of communication and quality control made the experience even worse. Based on this experience, I will not be ordering from this store again.

One of the worst Dominos you can order from, Not the first time having issue with this location. waited over and hour an half for a delivery that never came.(Made it easy and order online) when I attempted to call ending up spending 20 mins on hold trying to talk to the store all they said was their driver called the wrong number (which they confirmed the right number in the system)so our options where wait an additional 40mins to an hour for a remake or take credit for a later date. Manager was not there or on site to handle the situation

New to area in Laurel MD, love Dominos but I was very dissapointed. Delivery was over 1+ hour late from original ETA, pizza was cold, with very little on it, looked more like a dehydrated cracker wich some light cheese. Called store to report and issue with my order but phone just rang and rang and no answer. Paid $50 including tip but would of been better off going to local gast station for slice of pizza. Dominos just lost my business. Terrible service.

I love dominos but this one in particular has never ever been fresh. I’ve ordered about 3 different times and this will be my last. I popped it in my air fryer to see if it would make a difference but it still taste at least a day old.

Yeah, no, it should not take over an hour (still waiting) to deliver a pizza 8 minutes down the road. Judging from the other reviews that state the same things, some people here need to be fired and replaced with more competent staff. Honestly, if the recent bad reviews reflect the current staff/management, I am really not that sure I want this crew handling anything I eat anyways. Maybe a blessing in disguise.

I will never go back. They had me waiting just to place an order for almost 30 minutes, in favor of filling delivery orders. Finally, I ordered and watched them make my pizza. The young man wasn’t wearing a hair net or gloves. He was sniffling. He repeatedly wiped his nose with the backs of his hands, and then wiped his hands on his apron. I got my money back and left.
