I waited about five minutes before anyone acknowledged me at the counter, and during that time a couple of other customers were also waiting and eventually left. When staff were present, there wasn’t much engagement or urgency.
Music with explicit language was playing loudly in the kitchen area, which didn’t feel appropriate for a customer-facing environment. I also noticed what appeared to be cigarette ash on the floor, which raised concerns about cleanliness.
There is plenty of parking, but that’s really the only positive from this visit. Overall, the lack of customer service and cleanliness issues made this a very poor experience.

Not a very good experience at bk. Waited to placed order Waited for them to take payment. Handed debit card. I was told the the card reader is down. So nearly 25 mind just to be told sorry we cant receive payment with card. Guess my life or time means nothing to you BK. Like McDonald’s I WILL NEVER VISIT ANY BK EVER AGAIN.

The staff is very rude and unprofessional our order was wrong and when we went up to tell them about it the lady immediately got loud yelling and threatening us. The manager comes out at least gives us a refund then says we have to leave. Doesn’t say a word to the worker whose acting like a wild crazy woman in front of other customers. This place is no where near a 5 star & honestly looks like it needs to be condemned oh let’s not forgot the insane amount of homeless people that hangout inside and outside of the restaurant all day.

Went through drive thru 10 min wait food was so skimpy was like eating plain whoppers but got steakhouse burgers such little condiments all we tasted was dry meat left a sandwich off of order could be my fault for not checking won’t be going back any time soon

Every time i order they short me on things. Like if I order a 12 piece chicken fry its always 8. This has happened multiple times. And the food was disgustingly old on this last order. Never again.

If there could be a negative 5 stars, that would be my vote. The ENTIRE restaurant was dirty and the bathrooms were deplorable. I’ve taken pictures and will be emailing corporate. There was NO excuse for that level of filth. I refused to eat my food and brought it home to feed my dog. Awful. Will NOT be back to this one EVER.

i am impressed with this Burger King, staff are friendly, place is clean. They service is fast. Biscuits are better compare to the one across Burger King. Burger King Sausage biscuit, fresh fried egg, more flavor on the sausage and the biscuit is crispy outside. Yummm

When placing our order we asked for the patty to be fresh and hot. Had to return the burger because it wasn’t hot. The table was very dirty and sticky. It felt like the AC was off. Will not return to this location.
