I’m assuming they forgot to make a batch of chocolate sprinkle donuts because after I asked for one they gave me a crusty glazed donut that they very clearly just put chocolate sprinkles on top of. Then they made my drink wrong, never returning.

Do not waste your time going inside the store, yes, there is a kiosk there but it’s not very detailed, luckily one of the three workers in the store with an empty lobby and one or two cars in drive-through was nice enough to assist me with my order!
I would not waste my time coming back to this particular location!
I understand now why a lot of things are automated but as far as I’m concerned, I would not employ anyone if I have the automation because when you see a person or three people there you expect someone to say hey can I help you?

Prices are not consistent. How can a small drink cost the same as a medium? Cashiers lie when asked a question then beat you mad for asking the question. I’d rather drive out my way to go to a better Dunkin location than deal with the rude staff here. Lastly, if you don’t like your job find another one.

Someone needs to do better. Not only did we wait over 15 minutes for a mobile order, when we got the order, let’s just say, my hot coffee, served in a hot coffee container, was ice cold and had no flavor.
Reading is not so hard.
I would understand some errors, if the place were packed. But the place was empty, inside and out.
Lots of laughing and joking seems to be the priority of their day.
Sorry for the one girl who was actually trying to do her job in the front.

Staff is extremely rude. Cuts me off to say “she understood and got the order” but forgets stuff and is rude about it. Lol talk about if you are miserable working a job you don’t like then that’s on you sweetheart.

Had a really bad experience there, We order a two everything bagel with cream cheese and they gave us a burned Bagel which also smelled really nasty and there was hair in it! I would want to request the ceo or the manager to please change the employees there.

Weekend morning staff are awful. Rude and have no idea what’s going on inside or in the drive through. Consistently order lattes and given iced coffees instead, with the excuse of “it’s watered down” and wait 10 minutes for a remake. Never any issues with m-f staff. Get new staff or train them properly.

I asked for cream cheese and they charged me for it. And then never put any cream cheese in the bag. I asked for utensils and they never put it in the bag either. The manager has an attitude problem cause she caught and attitude with me as well
