I asked them to remove the Spinach from the Chicken Bacon Alfredo as I have an allergy, the dasher even had them confirm there was no Spinach in it, but I still pulled out a pile of leaves after I opened it up. Do better and pay attention to the ticket, you could put people in the hospital.

I love the roasted garlic cream tortellini!!
It has zucchini bites, mushrooms, spinach in a creamy garlic sauce.
The service was good and polite and the
restaurant was clean as well.

I want to start by saying the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. No complaints there. This was the second time I tried Noodles and Company. First time at this location. Both times I have discovered the food is just not good. At least to me. The portion is so small. My husband and I both ordered the chicken fettuccine Alfredo with bacon. The noodles were so hard we could not pierce them with our forks let alone wrap them around our forks. The broccoli was almost raw. I tried so hard to eat it, but we just couldn’t. We also ordered one pop and garlic bread. The total was $37 which, to me, is very pricey. It was definitely too pricey for the amount of food in front of us. I just couldn’t stomach paying that much. Also, there were hardly any tables cleaned off and there was mold all over the duct work. We did get our money back. The cashier and the manager did try to remake the food for us, but in the end I just wanted my money back. The manager did do that for us which I appreciate. The pic I included here is the mold on the duct work. We won’t be back :/

Showed up and we’re the only two people in the restaurant. Placed our order for Dine-In. About 10 other customers came in about 10 minutes after and ordered some food for Takeout. After a little bit of waiting, we noticed that all these other customers were getting their food and leaving, and so we decided to ask about our order after waiting almost 45 minutes. They had bumped our order to the last ticket and apparently forgot about it. When we had asked about our order, the workers were quite passive aggressive. They ended up getting our order done fairly quickly, which would’ve been nice if we hadn’t have been already waiting 45 minutes.

Had a co worker recommend noodles and it sounded fabulous I got the baked 4 cheese chicken Alfredo bake with Parmesan Crusted Chicken instead turned out the be a great lunch

Considering other Noodles & Company locations are generally packed and not as well staffed. The West Main location is stable and well staffed and has a constant but not overwhelming flow of business. 10/18 rate Joseph Richards the best looking and most skilled staff member .
