The hash browns were white and looked half-cooked. Total disappointment. And that “White” young lady at the drive thru counter seriously needs an attitude check. She was acting like she’s doing us a huge favor just by taking & giving the order. If you can’t treat customers properly, why even work in service?
Suggestion to all customers: Just grab your coffee, pay for it & run. Basically if you have pretty huge order – staff gets mad.

I see hella bad reviews here but Ngl they be on point every time and they’re never rude or have an attitude like the comments say. Adam and the brunette girl who usually has a bow in her ponytail are always super sweet and amazing – never had my order messed up or had to complain

Girl working there is like on another planet. I asked for a medium latte with extra shot of espresso, got frothed milk with barely any coffee taste. Asked for sugar on the side, had to ask for it when she handed me the coffee. Had to ask for stirrer. I wanted to get 2 dozen doughnuts, was trying to tell her what kind and how many, she wanted to first charge me without checking if they have enough, which they didn’t. There was nothing positive about my experience here and to top it off, the girl was very slow and seemed to not know what she needs to do.

Mini bagel bites were still cold I asked to extra toast it. The tornado twister sparked drink was no flavor at all. Will never come to this location again! Service was not the greatest either.

I was just telling my fiance how inconsistent this place is and idk why I come here. Sure enough, I get my coffee which I’ve ordered before and it taste horrible and they refuse to exchange for another coffee and said they will charge for a whole other one, sticking with Starbucks. And cherry on top? They hand me over the wrong food. I asked for 2 grilled cheese with tomato and pesto and they give me egg and cheese in a tortilla wrap. Don’t waste ur time or money. This place is NEVER consistent
