We went to go get subs and the young man Noe helping us was very rude. I purchased 2 Combos and a Pretzel, spent 40$ for it. We got drinks with our subs and he never gave us the cups we had to reach over to grab them since he left us there at the register for the 2nd time without helping us. The ice machine wasn’t working (no one’s fault) and we asked him if it wasn’t working and he asked if we wanted some ice and proceeded to stand there and look at us after he said there was some in the back. Not one thank you or your welcome from him.

I would just like to add to the bad reviews. I asked the Cashier do they honor the 6.99 deal for any foot-long cashier said no so I asked him OK what deals Do you guys currently have he said we don’t give deals. So basically they are at a Truck Stop They don’t give a damn about truckers they just want our money. Everywhere else has Subway deals. Truckers do not go here I know you’re hungry just go elsewhere do not support their lack of respect for truckers.

Would leave 0 stars if possible. Terrible service no worker in sight until I asked gas station employee to call one. The employee looked like she was miserable being there, 0 customer service. FYI no deals taken here do not waste your time go to another location.

02/02/21 1pm. Manager in shift was rude, you could tell she was not happy making us our sandwiches. Rushed us through even though there were no people in line. No thank you after paying. Good thing her employee got there and she went to the back. Good, no one wants salty people ruining our lunch break!
