I’ve always had a great experience at this store, but tonight was the best. I came in shortly before closing to pick up a smoothie for my daughter, who isn’t feeling well. The gentleman working went out of his way to be kind to her. It was greatly appreciated.

I had such a great experience at this Smoothie King thanks to a wonderful young lady who was working completely on her own. Despite managing a very busy drive-thru and lobby at the same time, she remained friendly, patient, and incredibly efficient.
Her positive attitude and speedy service truly stood out, especially considering how busy it was. Customer service like this is rare and deserves recognition. Smoothie King is lucky to have her!

Really can’t stand this location. I wanted to make it my go to smoothie place after my Saturday workouts but I just can’t give any more chances to this location. Please train the staff better or hire better employees. They usually are all very nice but there is absolutely no sense of urgency, one smoothie takes 20 min, if I order ahead it’s never ready or they “lost” the ticket, etc. so many excuses and I won’t give it another chance. Last Saturday I ordered ahead and it wasn’t ready when I got there so I asked them to cancel and refund the order they apologized and said they would. It’s Monday now and the charge is still on my card and when I called I was told in store employees can’t issue refunds and I had to call corporate… very irritated and overall just won’t go back to this location until changes are made.
