Casual dining. Service was great. Was not impressed with the food at all. The orange sauce on the chicken was more sour than expected, as was the sesame chicken sauce. The fried rice was blah….think boxed frozen from the grocery store. The egg rolls were the same. Not going to return. I’d rather spend my money at one of the places actually run by people who know what real authentic Chinese food should taste like.

Food Amazing! Above average fast casual dining. Service was great. Staff asked if food was good and overall checked up on us a few times. The atmosphere was also great including the bathrooms, which I would say looked very well kept.

I don’t like to leave reviews but this location has gone above and beyond. The staff is incredibly responsive. The manager in the kitchen jumped up to take the register when I was next in line. They have a great team and work together. Wait times are always low and one of the first things you notice when you walk in is how clean the whole restaurant is. Five Stars in all categories.

I’ve had a phenomenal experience with Pei Wei in Mansfield, TX. I have ordered a few bigs lunches from this location and Aldo (General Manager) has always taken great care of me. My orders are always precise and cooked fresh. On one occasion I left a bag of food on the counter. I received a call shortly after leaving from Aldo telling me of my mistake. He runs this location with class and cares about his customers. I appreciate everything he and the employees have done to help me with my lunches. THANK YOU ALDO!!!

The place is super clean. Workers were real nice. All good except Pei Wei always tastes like dirty calcium scum water All of them do. I usually can get past it with the awesome sauces they have but this last time it was too much. I don’t think I’ll be going back to any of them for a while.
Bottom line: IMO They need to use filtered water or a water softener so the food tastes better.
