About a year or two ago I would not of gave this restaurant any stars. I in fact quit going. I decided to give it a try again. Service was great and friendly. Food was decent. Fireplace was on and that was a perk because it was cold out and who doesn’t like a lit fireplace? If they could just keep the tables wiped clean and the condiment station clean that would be great. Also the abundance of cigarette butts in the landscaping when you walk in is horrible. I ordered an ice coffee and actually enjoyed it so that was nice.

My son is in a nursing home and he ALWAYS wants me to get him 2 cheeseburgers cut in half! He is paralyzed on his whole left side & can only use 1 hand to eat. They cut them in half for him EVERY TIME I get them, even though they aren’t supposed to! They understand the importance of cutting them in half!! Shout-out to Florala, Al.

OMG I’m obsessed with this place! The hamburgers are individually made and individually wrapped to order. Everything tastes phenomenal!! I would live here! The restrooms are scrupulously clean – you could eat in there! And that doesn’t touch the wisdom of the waitress’. So smart, such gentle insights and instincts.

Drive thru guy was rude didn’t even give his name. All of our burgers were messed up. And the person who made the burgers KNEW he purposfully messed them up and was trying not to laugh about it. This is like my 5th bad experience with this place and I have a bad experience just about every time I come here. Someone needs to get their employees and staff under control.

Second review, just because it really deserves it. How are you gonna give me 1 little ranch cup for this $12 salad and make me walk back in because I realize and then be rude when I ask for more. I got all the way home to figure out you didn’t put any sauces for any of my other meals. I guess everyone likes really bland chicken and fries with no sauce — as anyone would. Good job jacks — worse than the Burger King that’s burnt across the street. I can not come here and expect to have a decent meal. you’re about to lose my service fully. This location needs to make SERIOUS changes or it will close from lack of customers as you’re continuously losing them. Also the inside service still has not changed from the other review under my name. Still terrible service, workers are to blame but management is at fault. Hate this location, wish it would close.

I dealt with Brandon who is new in a trainee and Raynah Both of them were so upbeat, friendly, polite, and efficient. In fact, the entire staff looked happy to be at work today. The food was good as always And the two staff members I mentioned help me use a coupon that saved me over three dollars. This location gets bashed sometimes but my family’s never had a bad experience here I highly recommend trying them out. And thank you management for hiring great staff.

Flies flying around everywhere, everything was filthy, whole place smelled like burnt grease, aint got no ranch.
Messed up my order after waiting for ever….asked for bacon and no onions like 3 times….got no bacon and extra onions.
They offered the dude in front of me 2 wings instead of a chest piece. This place is terrible even for a Jacks.

2 deluxe breakfast one with chicken and the other with steak biscuit a d gravy and simply orange….this is what I paid for and this is what I got. 3 orders of hash to.s , a PC of chicken, pancakes w/bacon, side of grits and a simplyorange…called and was put on hold..got disconnected and have tried calling back 20 times they won’t awnser. My windows won’t roll up and it’s raining furthermore I have heart failure times 2.
