Korean & Japanese fare with a focus on sushi in an elevated dining room with koi fish wall murals.

I’ve gotten pick-up orders from White Tree about four times now and the sushi has been great everytime. I get the salmon roll/nigiri and tamago hosomaki. All are very tasty!
I accidentally put in an order for lunch during a time when the restaurant was not actually open. The chef(?) called me later and I was able to pick-up the food at a different time. He was very nice and even offered to make the sushi before the restaurant officially opened for the day.
The chef added a couple extra tamago sushi as well, which was very kind of them and much appreciated! The whole interaction here was really very nice!
As for wait times, once I was in the pick-up line for maybe 10-15 minutes, but it seemed to be a busier night that day. Otherwise the wait has not been bad, at least in my experience.
I’m glad I discovered White Tree and would recommend trying it out!

White Tree is probably the best sushi in town.
That said, their service can be extremely slow. We have waited 50 minutes after placing a sushi order.
Initial order 5:58
Git first sushi order: 6:48, 50 minutes later
Second order: 6:54. Of us 7:40 as I write this. If anyone calls the police, look for my body at the table near the door.
They have elegant seating, great all-you-eat prices, and you can tell the sushi is made by chefs that know what they are doing with top quality ingredients.

Abbe John and Sean were wonderful this evening. It was Shana’s birthday and my brother Charles is here and he’s amazing. He’s really good at rowing and Nancy was here. She’s my sister and a lot of this is just getting it together so my life is the same change and we can change better things five and wonder woman. And this is Lou Palangi

This is a gem! My favorite place for sushi in Fort Collins. Delicious, high quality food prepared with artistry, pride and care. Service is great and the atmosphere is so lovely; smaller, quaint restaurant that is perfect for quieter date night or bigger group that wants a special dining experience. Price is good with all you can eat offers available that do not skimp on quality. I highly recommend!

This place is phenomenal; some of the best tasting/ freshest sushi I’ve had in Fort Collins. On top of the beautiful ambiance my night was made by my incredible sever Ainsley! She was super sweet, attentive, gave great suggestions and seemed to love her job!
If I I’m ever craving sushi this is my new go to!

I used to really like this place. Have ordered a few times in the 1.5 years we’ve lived in the neighborhood. But something must have happened and the take out experience last night was downright terrible. For one, had to wait for over an an hour for the order.
The rolls were absolutely a mess, and something has gone off with the flavor. Finally, you would expect more wasabi and ginger with a $60 order.
Sadly, one more FoCo place to never visit again for us.

My go-to sushi restaurant in Foco! Seriously the best and always very fresh. They even have a lil robot deliver your food. We had the Rock N Roll, Ocean Roll, Volcano Roll, and California!

This place is absolutely amazing! Hands down best sushi place in Fort Collins. Way better than that other one down the road. Better beer, they have an IPA from a Japanese microbrewery. There’s a sushi robot here!!! And the staff is super friendly.
Previous review: I’m not qualified to judge high quality sushi. That being said, I was impressed by the tasty eel sashimi! The employees were attentive and the atmosphere was relaxing. I appreciated the Totoro and mushroom art this place would be great for a date night. I want to come back and try the jalapeno bomb.

White tree has amazing sushi! The atmosphere is always very cozy. The chef and the service staff are accommodating and kind! Perfect for a date night. My boyfriend and I usually get the dinner combo or all you can eat. They get busy on Fridays so I recommend making a reservation if you plan on going then!

Today was the second time that we’ve been to this restaurant where we left before we finished getting served. We had to eat our sushi roll in the car. They added an all you can eat menu, but really have no idea how to manage it. We ordered green tea, miso soup, one sashimi appetizer, and one roll. But they had several all you can eat parties. These people should be given a limit of how much to order at a time. All I know is that it’s took 45 minutes for my green tea to come out. By the end of an hour & 20 minutes I had to leave for work. I can’t believe it took them one hour to figure out how to serve Miso soup and one appetizer. The restaurant wasn’t full and it was so frustrating to see trays loaded with sushi coming out to the same 3 tables. The problem was the kitchen and the fact that they let three tables order and slow down the entire restaurant. I just found this really disappointing. And it ruined the whole experience. We will not be back.
