I ordered a Plate of Ropa Vieja all they served was rice, ordered red beans and they tasted like soap. Total waste of money. Definitely not worth it at all!

La Cubanita is such a nice place, the deco is super tropical, artist, portrais, and art from Cuba are by all over the room. The place looks super clean and smells good. Everything is so atractive My favorite was the plates walk.
however I can’t say the same for the food We accompanied our food with rice and bean (Moro) and yuca, however it was so unflavored, so palid that we could not enjoyed.
My pork was a little dry, and hart to chew, my husband meat was delicious, super tasty.
They have variety of coktails and beers.
The server is super friendly and nice. She was recomending her food.
Is not easy to find Cuban food in Midland, however we found this spot, but I think they need to add a little bit of salt and spicies in their food, don’t be shy guys!

Can’t wait to try more of their food! The lemonade is out of this world delicious with their perfectly blended ice. The vibes are fun, Music is loud enough and The service is wonderful.

Today’s family evening was unpleasant, starting with the atmosphere, there was a bad smell as if the place had been closed for years, then the music was very loud and it was a huge racket. Well, for the food, we ordered Uruguayan steak and it was horrible, the steaks were very small, you could really tell they were steaks reheated from several days ago and the ham and cheese didn’t look or feel bad, the tamales were raw and the girl who served us said they were with pork rinds, poor thing, it seems she doesn’t know how to differentiate between pork rinds and empellas… They themselves charge the tip, it’s disrespectful. I don’t recommend this place and we won’t visit it again… I hope they improve so we can return someday. My mom left almost all the food, the photo I’m going to upload was what she left because of how bad it was

I tried Cuban food here for the first time and it was delicious. The waitress was such a sweetheart and explained to me what everything was. I believe I had ropa vieja and a Jupiña soda. Definitely worth a try! Ohh and its not pictured here but their mamey shake was SO GOOD

Service and food was HORRIBLE! What we asked for was not available, and we had to settle for something else food took forever. we were only offered something to drink once while we were there, will never eat there again! For $298 food bill, the place really sucked!!!
