Stopped for an afternoon coffee on 12/17/2025… Received a warm cup of brown water. Very weak. Could hardly call it coffee. No response from Dunkin Corporate. Won’t bother stopping at this Dunkin ever again. Over all this chain has issues with consistent quality especially as evidenced at this location

Super disappointed, I came in with my daughter and her friends and they refused to take my order manually and made me place the order on the screen. As anticipated it took 10 times longer and they didn’t even have some of the items we wanted so they still had to take those items manually . I don’t think the screen should be the only option when there are people behind the counter that could clearly take your order. When the food came out the bacon was burnt. They completely lost our drink order, so after waiting 30 minutes we had to wait another 15 for our drinks. Not sure what’s going on other than the employees need better management.

What is the matter with the workers here? Almost every single person is in a HORRIBLE mood and have the WORST attitudes! They don’t even let you finish ordering, just cut you off mid sentence and tell you to pull around. Once you reach the window, they don’t greet you or say anything just thrust hot coffee at you and spill it on you, don’t say their sorry or even give you napkins and just to find out your order isn’t even right! Get a different job if you’re that damn miserable EVERY DAY

MIKE is a very RUDE employee. Rude to customers and fellow employees. He needs to be terminated ASAP. Made me wait so he could count tips then blamed other employees for the delay as I watched him hold everything up.

Just spent $30 on a dash order, was absolutely gross. My iced coffee barely had any coffee in it. Was all ice. And there was no love put into the food. Was thrown together. I will not eat here again.

Extremely disappointed in this location. I come multiple times a week, it’s crazy almost every single time now something is messed up with my order!! It’s too expensive to be messing up the order every dang time. Used to really enjoy it but someone is definitely slacking off at their job.

I had asked for a toasted cream cheese plain bagel. Ordered through the drive-thru. They were busy so I didn’t bother to check to see if they toasted it properly (why would I have to do that?) so I could pull out of the drive-thru sooner.
This is burnt. on both sides. I thought it just looked burnt.. no. This is not edible. It’s hard to chew. It’s like eating cardboard with cream cheese smeared on it.
This is not the first time this has happened. Not specifically with the bagels.. but with their other food.
The other things they sell are more complex than toasting a bagel, so I assumed I would be safe in ordering something plain. Clearly not.
Will not be returning.

Came in mid afternoon. Expected little due to super icy parking lot, pleasantly surprised. They didn’t have a ton of donut options, but they went into detail in suggesting each item. Wasn’t sure what I wanted, they didn’t hesitate at all to help out. Loved my order and had a wonderful experience. Upsized my drink too, which was delicious. Morgan was fantastic.

Coffee has no taste, order a nutty pumpkin cold brew and tasted like water. My plain bagel with cream cheese was not toasted like I asked. So much cream cheese on one side and none of the other. So much waste of cream cheese with no napkins to help clean up the extra cheese I put to spread myself. :/ do not recommend
