My issue is not with the food quality, I was waiting for my order for over 20 minutes. No one called to say it was ready and it was not put on the mobile pick shelves either. It was kept behind the counter while they filled order after order in the drive thru. It was definitely not a pleasurable experience. No one was rude they were just very robotic and disinterested in what anyone needed. The lobby was full and they very seldom communicated with any of us.

The food was good and it is directly across from the hotel those were the only positives to be honest. The service was very slim and honestly a little rude. We had a 4 person order, 2 breakfast boxes and 2 breakfast burritos with 4 drinks. Well we asked for our drinks after receiving the food and had a heck of a time just getting our 3 Sierra mist and 1 coffee. Come to find out the machine is down, which is fine, but no reason to be rude about it. It was 9am-ish so maybe that was a factor?. Also could use a good cleaning, reaching in to get a packet of ketchup… The whole lot of them came out as a chunk and sticky. Napkins and little messes were everywhere for only having 2 small tables seated.

I live this taco bell.id go out of my way just to eat at this particular taco bell. Not only is it very clean and organized, they get your food to you while its still hot.
The manager is very friendly and helpful, a rarity at fast food joints.

Went on my lunch break. First time in a while drive thru attendant was very dry I couldn’t understand anything he said I kept having to ask him to repeat himself but communication was horrible. Next I get to the window asked again what was he asking me. But communication was just poor no effort nor enthusiasm. I finally gave up. I get my food and head back to work. I grabbed my drink I’d ordered and to my surprise there was barely any ice my drink was partially warm. I get back to work and prepare to eat my lunch only to find out that my fries and nuggets were dry and I had no napkins
